Going on since Sept / Oct 2025. Long story short life credit policy not initiated. Wesbank has Liquid capital to call us they did not respond to my email. MalAdmin on their part. Hubby passed on, threats received from Wesbank. They won't hold liquidCapital responsible. They are not a finance house for Policies their website only provides service plans.

Claimed loss: Running in circles from October until now. No support from Wesbank, acknowledges Liquid Capital messed up, no further resolution. And they are supposed to be a Finance Institution. Maladministration from both companies.

Desired outcome: Liquid Capital/Wesbank-vehicle must be settled immediately no follow ups etc.Email trails and proof on hand refusing to admit fault from both Companies
