My neighbor she is uneducated she went ubl bank and she sign own check and give check book to Teller and and request for filling check for 30 thousand.teller took check book and send her for waiting area .after he called her and give 30 thousand. Next time when she came asked for balance 100 thousand lose from the account when she complaining no listening.

I open Ubl roshan digital account with any hardels. And when I came pakistan I want to use my account. Its blocked. I tried alot I submitted all the required documents. I can not use my account only UBL decited there charges from my account. Which is approximately 9000. Branch asking me online support will resolve issue and online are saying branch will resolve. Please stay away from UBL they are lier. They don't know how to resolve issues. Customer service is -10.

I am residing in UAE had a ubl account in pakistan. The moment I requested for number updation they blocked my mobile app and when I am complaining online to customer services that why have you blocked my mobile app they are telling me that its not blocked. BUT it is not like this, they have blocked my mobile app and not even updating my mobile number calling again and again from my UAE number. Emailing them from my registered email with UBL but still no repsonse and they are just using delaying tactics I dont know why.

My debit card was blocked in the atm branch of DGkhan pull datt. At that time it was 2-20 pm. I have to go for some work i send my boy with id card to go and bring the card from there. The officer there said that you should come tomorrow we will give it to to you. I said OK. But when I checked at 9-30 all amount was debited. Please do some inquiry here. Soo that I may get my amount back.

Dear this is Ab Once upon a time I went to ubl bank sialkot cantt branch for receiving remmitans,🤣 bank staff had force me to open new (unwanted) Account and I accept it. Now I am still waiting for ATM and checkbook from last 25 days. After 3 visits and dozens of calls including head office and branch staff said will inform you via email while receive us.

What the [censored] is this cheap service there is Security of customers and money

Very poor service provider whether you're visiting branch where always encounter a long line or you are about to call customer care where you would hear about all the representatives are busy and sorry for delay. [censored] banking, no management and thrid -class services. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Non-professionals are prevalent.

From last 5 hours I am trying to withdraw my cheque from Branch code 0029 Basharat Adda Chakwal and they are asking that we have new joined staff and we don't have ID yet, come back tomorrow. W.T.F. is this is my money and how you're not supposed to give it to me. From tomorrow, I am closing all my family 10 to 15 accounts and as well I will ask my friends to do same. U [censored] bank.

I hope are you doing well, My self Waseem Abbas Shah & I was asaan account open before 4 years but i am not use for this account.. Recently your Branch management visit to my office account open but they said to me i was already asaan account open & please closed the asaan account. My account open was Islamabad branch Jinnah Super F-6 Branch. Please I humble request to you please close my asaan account My CNIC #[protected]...Please cooperate to me...I was not in Islamabad city. I am recent in Karachi City...So please cooperate and close my asaan account.

I am customer of UBL MA Jinnah Road OPP City COURT Branch ( Goal India Building) went to open joint account with my wife before going to UAE to get job there. But unfortunately there is man name Rajesh Operational manager completed formalities of papers to open account in UBL OPP City Court Branch.

He promise to get check book after 1 week from branch. When went to branch the Manager told it takes long time to complete formalities. After one month passed my wife went to inquire about account but operational manager who is recently appointed and Manager Clearly denied to open account process.

I am well maintained my UBL account and living UAE now days you can see my account sending you check book.

Now days poor performance and disappointed attitude of UBL Branch manager and Operational manager they are just like Robbers and loss the trust from common citizen of pakistan.

It is submitted that the Undersigned deputed the official Mr. Muhammad Tayyab to collect the pending bank scrolls. As he reached in Bank Branch he met with the operation Manager Mr. Shabir and requested for provision of Bank Scrolls. Resultantly operation Manager used unofficial Language with our official, Which is against the office Discipline and Rules. The official contacted with the Undersigned and Undersigned called the Operation Manger but he used the same language. As you already have awareness with the agreement between MEPCO and Banking Council the scrolls will be sent to Revenue Office on daily basis. But your Branch did not follow the agreement. However this office issued a letter for pending scrolls, the operation Manager Flattery refused to receive the said letter and stated that “we are not bound of MEPCO for submission of scrolls on daily basis”. Due to rough attitude the action may kindly be initiated against the delinquent.

You are therefore requested to look into the matter personally and recommended necessary action to avoid further complication in later stage.

My name is Javaria Nauman residing in UAE and I have been contacting you for long.

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have tried to open roshan digital account on 10 June. I made a request for assistance since one error was popping up and couldn't let me proceed.

The worst part is after being waited for weeks & weeks none of their staff tried to contact via email or call however automated email was sent .

Till date their unprofessional response shows their serious ness .

Pathetic service so far experienced.

I am a customer with a UBL ISA account(sinceApriI 15th 2016) I SIMPLY want to transfer 2 ISAs into a new ISA. I have sent al! transfer documents. What is the problem? I have been met with nothing but time wasting & pointless e mails from UBL. You know my account number it appears on my online account but I am told I have given the wrong number. I vist ubl dahranwala branch for open new acount branch manager and madem who open the account she is using very bad word with customer she didn't compromise with customer

in ubl gul center Hyderabad branch there is one of your employee ameer ali hyder…he is not serious in his work he delays all work …like if other employees can do a work in 10 minutes…this person will require 40 minutes…kindly fire this person from your bank so we can continue using your bank services without any problem

I'm a UBL customer having Salary account at UBL Pasrur branch, bearing code 0043.
I could not understand why UBL always delayed sending oir salaries. Usually on 2nd or 3rd of the month. But now, the situation is more worse😩...today is the 4th January and i'm still waiting anxiously for my salary. I'm thinking why i am having my account in this bank😟. All other banks i.e. HBL, Punjab Bank, ABL have paid thier salaried customers.
Plz send my salary as soon as possible...

Hello sir? My complaint is about service violation of using atm bank staff is not compromise with us when ATM machine gives the service of 1 link all ATM cards than why ther is can't use ATM card of another bank?
Sir please take action against them otherwise I will approach some one higher than you.

we (sammad, faizan, asad, Taimoor have visited united bank f-7 branch for account opening but they was not entertaining us due to link down and several issues so we decided to visit I-8 branch but i suffer a worse behavior i have ever faced . A Girl Named ( samer or sammad ) was responsible for account opening .after providing all information and waiting for an hour she said that their is issue with link . I have requested to check again because i am trying from a month. she suddenly start misbehaving as she was sitting in a fish market the Manager was also not cooperative .No one was responsible their to listen us. And the girl was behaving very rudely .its a request to open our account .
