Wendy’s whole order

First I will start saying your my favorite fast food place to eat. Go at least 2 times a week. This week was unbelievable. Possible I may have gotten someone elses order but did not help me when already back at desk and no time to return. looked in bag. saw sandwich, fries and had my drink. figured all ok. Got a chicken sandwich with cheese only. did not order that way. had no mayo, lettuce or tomatoe. fries ok but could taste no salt so bland. finally ordered a sweet tea and got unsweet. to top it off they were out of chocolate frosties. A bust all the way around. no condaments or sugar for tea at work. was so dissapointed. I know lunchtime is busy but did not eat most of lunch for not to my liking the way prepared. sorry to complain.

Wendy’s employee

The little blonde girl working drive thru was very rude and impatient. I thank her name is Lacey, she was very rude to me bc I ask for ketchup n she keep rushing my order. This girl don't deserve a job in public, I want ever eat at this Wendy's again I will drive 30 extra min to get good service from employees at other Wendy's management need to take care of this

Wendy’s service

I went here with my 3 children for lunch.. My son was ordering his food (he was a little quiet/shy) and the lady proceeded to make a comment claiming she is tired of these rude [censored] kids nowadays.. She then walked away from the counter while my daughter was trying to order so I told my kids let's go and we went to leave.. While walking to the door she looked at other workers/and a manager and made the comment she didnt care go ahead and leave! I will never again visit this wendy's! Very rude, unprofessional... If you hate your job that much go find a new one.. Damn sure dont need to take it out on children!

Wendy’s food

After the first bite of my burger, I noticed something strange. It was as hard as a hockey puck and my fries were extremely soggy with barely any salt. I am very disappointed with the lack of care that went into making both burgers and fries. Expecting my money back considering the fact I spend $21 on 2 meals that were, to say the least, horrific. I would take a picture but I threw it out after the first bite.

Wendy’s sandwich

First the service was absolutely horrible. Very rude employees and managers. None of my food was fresh like I asked and didn't get what I ordered. Asked for jr bacon cheeseburger. There was no bacon on the burger. Fries and nuggets tasted old. Chicken sandwiches were ok except the lettuce looked old. I would rather drive across town to go to a different Wendy's then ever go to this one again!

Wendy’s plain chicken sandwich

I always order a plain grilled chicken sandwich and get creamy sriracha sauce. I went today, paid for my sandwich and when I asked for sauce they said it was and extra .30 cents.
1. I don't carry cash so I would have had to wait until the current customer was done paying and then execute a second debit card transaction just to get on container of sauce.
2. This is an incredibly cheap move.
3. You lost a customer for this.

Wendy’s employee rights

It's simple. I have been upfront about the schedule I can work with since I was hired on. ( 7:00-3:00 )The district manager asked for some help during the evenings so I did what I could and made it possible for me to work 2days out of the week during the evenings. I've been on a consistent schedule. No call-Ins. I always show up. I'm a mother of 3 children and currently pregnant. So I communicate the best way I can to keep my job and to be useful for Wendy's. However it gets difficult to work in the environment I'm in because not only am I helping with the truck on Mondays and Thursdays. I'm in a maintenance position so I do the Grill, Dishes, Parking lot, Fry station yes all in one day. It's so overwhelming that I start to speak up for my self respectfully in person and through text messages that change will be coming because I am with child and I just can't do everything like I've been doing. I gave the GM a month in advance notice about these changes and was hoping to be a cashier since I'm a cashier on the other days I work evenings. And the communication is just not the way it should be on managements behalf. Anna is my GM. Steven is the district manager. I don't have their last names at the moment. So today I went to work like a regular scheduled day. And I find out that my schedule has been changed and that I need to come back in the time I was scheduled for. So right there is where I draw the line. I addressed the change to my GM and she keeps brushing me off saying she doesn't have my number. I called the district manager and he hanged up on me and said I shouldn't be calling him about my schedule. Now I'm furious! I have no vehicle so I walk to work. It's been difficult the way I made my life to be. It's not Wendy's fault about my personal circumstances but it is managements failure to staff genuine hard working people at this location. There is a lot of favouritism and hostile tolerance. Disrespect fly's all over the air they think it's ok to treat whoever, however. I've seen the carelessness in the way they treat the customers and also in the way they serve the customers. Molded product being served. Insufficient portion of Fry's and drinks being servers. Attitudes with the customers is a normal thing at this location. It's just sad to see. And sad to be apart of. I am currently looking for another job. Unfortunately I am stuck at this job for now. I have children to support. I can't stress it enough how much I appreciate this job because I need it. And I've been giving it my all! Please contact me at [protected] if you can help me keep my job. Wendy’s food received

I went to this Wendy's location in louisville Ky 40216 on 7/10/2019 @ 1040pm.I had ordered 2 #6s and One of the sandwiches I recieved was way over cooked.Hard as a rock.Also recieved a sweet tea with food at the bottom of my drink.Very disappointed I. The service at this location.Will also complain until this is looked into any changes are made.Sorry but wont be going to Wendys anymore.

Wendy’s my food

I hate to complain about my wendys in Newport my again but here's my story as a child wendys is the first restaurant I ever ate at andas a mother is is my 3 kids favorite hamburger joint and now as a grandma my grand kids favorite unbelievable I know lol we just love wendys ok once a week I get my grandkids and we get wendys of course and this is the 4th time in the last 2 months something is wrong were only human right ok we make mistakes but today was the worst i had my neighbor pick up 4 biggie bags and a large chilie so the chilie tasted watered down and burnt at the same time is the only way i can explain it our nuggets tasted old they were hard and the littlest one couldn't eat them the fries were so salty I had to go ahead and make my own the kids wouldn't eat them so I fried up some for them I like salt but they were even salty to me and the burgers the meat was not juicy like usual but dry the bacon was way overdone and I had 1 little onion ring on each sandwich I can deal if only one thing's wrong but today only the drinks were decent also I am disabled and a friend or neighbor picks up my food for me and when I call the store to complain they say well just bring it back and we will re do your order to bad I can't just eat in side the restaurant maybe carry outs are not as important I don't know, I will still eat there even though mcdonalds is right up the road i dont really care for it it taste cheap lol ok so thanks for listening

Wendy’s the workers

This is for the Wendy's in Kalamazoo Michigan on sprinkle road I'm just trying to figure out if an employee quites or get fired why are they being hired back I'm guessing this is a family run business or they're just playing favoritism in hiring back people that they are friends with or some kin to I'm trying to figure out why is Denise still working there as a manager because when I was trying to get my order right she was being really rude and talking stuff about me saying that I was a liar and I didn't no what i was talking about I thought that once you quit or get fired you are not allowed to be hired in any Wendy's corporation that's in Michigan after being fired or quitting I know this girl named Yolanda she quit probably about five times and they keep hiring her back as a manager but give all the other employees a hard time they drive them all out and bring back family they only hire family and Friends

Wendy’s hours

I am a current employee at Wendy's and the manger on duty, Ms.Jerraka told me and another employee to clock off because they didn't have enough money to pay all of us and business was slow, and that we are the newest ones so that's why they chose us. I am just wondering if that it legal and can she do that? I really didn't want to go home and she still insisted that we go. I really need the money and she is cutting my hours short.

Wendy’s drive thru employee

I went through drive thru this afternoon and had the most horrible experience. The guy screamed "wait" in a loud and rude tone, then after 10 minutes I beeped the horn and he yell back "wait", in an even louder tone. I commented how unprofessional and rude he is and he replied, "were busy, it's only food"!

I guess a, "please wait" was too much to expect? When I got to the window, he practically threw my drinks at me, and sent a girl to the window to give me my food. I told the girl that guy is an [censored]! He then comes to the window and starts screaming at me. I extended my middle finger and drove away as he was still screaming at me. What kind of people does Wend's hire? I've been a good paying, and frequent customer at that store for over 5 years.

This gentleman was of Spanish decent, had grayish hair and had tattoos on his arm, just in case anyone cares to investigate this. This guy shouldn't be working in a customer service job anywhere, let alone for Wendy's.
I sure am glad a got it ALL on my iPhone, however I refuse to post it on ALL social media platforms until I speak with my attorney.

Wendy's has lost a life long customer today, and I feel I have to share this disgusting experience with people as I am currently researching how many similar complaints this store has. Maybe the owner needs be made aware.

Wendy’s no customer service pine bluff, arkansas pines mall location

My husband and I dropped in. We ordered drinks with our meals. I stood at the ice machine with no results. I mentioned to Chris I might be doing it wrong. An employee taking a break on our side of the counter told me the ice maker wasn't working that we could ask for ice behind the counter. Please be aware that the store was not busy and the assistant manager and employee that took our order just watched me stand there at a broken ice machine with nothing to say.

I went to the counter and asked for ice. Instead of taking my cups and getting ice she stared at the helpful employee as though we were all taking up her valuable time. The employee actually had to say "get them some ice". When she brought the cups back to me they were a quarter of the way full and placed on the counter in front of me without so much as a glance. I asked for more ice and was told, "there is ice in there".

That is when I could no longer stay quiet. There is no reason for a customer to feel uncomfortable going to Wendys in the town they live in. The community both the customer and business support. I own a business in the community and even on a bad day would not treat a customer that way. The manager did come out but I doubt that the employee in question will be advised in any way. His excuse was that he was in the back.

Wendy’s food, manager

I ordered a biggie bag, my fries was old, my burger was cold, they didn't have the correct drink as usual and the manager had a nasty attitude. I'm always experiencing the same situation. I called a made a complaint the first time and nothing was done. She needs to be removed from the store if she's gonna have a attitude all the time. That is not professional if she don't wanna be there than don't come

Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich #6 on menu

Few hours after eating that meal I had severe diarrhea and stomach pain. I'm a breastfeeding mother. The next day the daycare told me my 5 month old had very lose bowels. Today she's running a fever and has mucousy stools. I called the store manager and reported that today. I had the meduim combo with natural lemonade as a drink. 3 days later today I still feel weak with occasional stomach cramping

Wendy’s service

Monday afternoon around 6pm a young black Female working at the front register was getting into an altercation with one of her co-workers being very rude using foul language in front of customers as if we weren't there, it was Very unprofessional of her.
It came to the point I did not feel very comfortable communicating with her after hearing the language she used towards him. I believe her name tag was spelled "Ty" if I'm not mistaken. I couldn't get the co workers name tag but he was a black tall male with glasses.

Wendy’s no drive thru service

I tried to get food tonight but the person inside was not answering the drive thru intercom. They also did not acknowledge me when I knocked on the drive thru window. There was at least one worker inside. It was 11:05pm and the drive thru is ssupposed to be open till 1:00am.

There was at least 4 other cars that came thru trying to order food but couldn't because no one was taking orders.

This wasted my break time at work, and I had to go back to work hungry.

Wendy’s food was dried out - burnt and not worthy of eating

04/18/19 I went through the Wendy's #[protected] drive through at 12:27pm and ordered a med son baconator combo, 4 pc chicken tenders and a childs nugget meal for my co-workers and I. My receipt number is #3084. When I returned to work (which is approximately 3 minutes from Wendys) I was in shock when I pulled our food out of the bag and seen the condition it was in. The chicken in the 4 pc. tenders and chicken nugget meal were so dried out, burnt and hard that they could not be eaten. The nuggets were thrown in the garbage before I could get a picture but I do have a picture of the tenders attached. In addition, this was supposed to be a 4 pc tender and it was actually 3 and 1 was torn apart to make 2. Needless to say, 2 of my coworkers went without lunch today because of the poor condition of the food. I have attached a picture of the tenders and also a copy of my receipt. I would like to be refunded for the tenders and the nugget meal if possible. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

You are nothing but a liar. It is obvious that you ate one of the chicken tenders before taking the pictures. You should not get your money back. Cannot afford to feed yourself visit a soup kitchen.

Wendy's drive-through diberville mississippi april 18, 2019 have been sitting here now for 18 minutes waiting on a junior cheeseburger and chili this is ridiculous.. Wendy’s service and food

We were in your store at 362 33rd Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa one hour ago. The host name is Lawanda. #[protected]

1) Two employees could be seen in the back office area just sitting. People were waiting to be served. Couple ahead of us walked out.
2) I ordered garden salad that I did not get. Our order was "to go" although receipt says dine in.
3) Found the order to be incomplete when we got home.
4) No spoon for chili, no napkins. 12 packages of soda cracker for chili (wasteful).
5) I called the store. Said my salad was in bag, they forgot to give it to me. Ask did I want to come back and get it. Said no, we were already home.
6) Ask about compensation. She said she would set it aside with my name on it and I could get it another time...What?
7) She ended the conversation without even a goodbye or I'm sorry and just hung up.
