An hour maybe more on the phone to "customer disservice". 7 calls. Around and around. Promps to services I didn't want... $300 rewards transfer to my checking. Absolutely awful live non help. I know I was dropped on purpose.
How hard can this be? Between endless holds, and sudden dead silence, (hoping I would hang up, thinking there was no one there), in the middle of my explanation, the person would vanish replaced by a recording asking for me to take a survey on service I received.
I worked in retail my whole life and I can see right through these little phone games. Instead of $300, I made damn sure I got all my rewards liquidated which I'm transferring to another bank. I'm not done getting even.
