It all started on December 8, 2025 11:38am I was on the phone with the Wawa customer representative making a complaint about how a Wawa employee had been being passive aggressive towards me for no reason at a Wawa store location. So after that the customer representative was finished with sending the complaint he told me a manager will contact me within 1-2 Business Days So after patiently waiting the manager contacted me on December 12, 2025 9:27am but unfortunately it turns out I was given the wrong Wawa store location so the manager transferred this to the Wawa call center so after 15 minutes later of waiting I received a call from a wawa supervisor after I give her all of the information for my complaint she refused to give me a wawa gift card for the inconvenience then to make things worse she insisted that I go to the same wawa store location that have issues with me to go them to help give me a wawa gift card for the inconvenience. Which doesn’t make any sense because if I can go to same wawa store location that have issues with me to resolve my issue then I would have never called the wawa corporate number in the first place. At this point I’m so tried from the way wawa is treating me as a valuable customer who have been shopping at wawa every single day, spending Thousands of dollars for years and this is how I’m treated.
Desired outcome: I just want Wawa to give me a $20 Wawa Gift Card for the inconvenience.
