I just bought a bag of M&M's plain candies out of the vending machine at my job: 35 Nutmeg Dr Trumbull, CT 06611 on 10/12/2023 and there was a waxy white substance on them and it had a sour milk smell. I hope it's not bad for me as I did eat some and then noticed some white waxy stuff on my hand. I hope i don't get sick or get the runs from eating them that would be awful. My daughter has just pointed out to me that the brown M&M is a girl...since when? There was always the blue, red, and yellow guy with only 1 lady being the green one. The brown one was really in no site. So why is the brown labeled as a girl and on top of it lesibian with the green one...come on. Maybe the brown one should be general neutral and suck off the peanut on the blue guy. Seriously. Leave the green lady alone...she is like an icon like Betty Boop...don't mess with her.

I purchased 2 x bags of 180g peanut m&m s. This purchase was made coles Kaleen act at approx 3.30pm on Monday 3rd July 2023.

I got home from shopping and proceeded to open a packet of the m&m peanuts I purchased . On my first chew the peanut did not break its as hard as a rock and subsequently due to the force biting down on the m&m and the peanut not breaking it has broken a large piece off my back tooth. At 2 PM on June 10th, I took out my bag of M&Ms to eat some. I ripped it at the cut line. I had gotten them from CVS a while back and brought them from the house. I had a few, and when I went to close the resealable bag to put it away, I noticed that it didn't work. The reseal was only on one side of the bag.

I opened the second bag I had, and the same thing happened - one-sided reseal. Being in the car, there was nothing I could do. I tried to keep them safe, but when I hit the brakes in traffic, both bags spilled all over my car.

Needless to say, they are now garbage, and I'm out two sharing size bags of M&Ms - Classic Mix Resealable 8.3 oz.

There must have been an error in manufacturing or something. I would just like them replaced. I have one of the empty bags if you need me to send pictures.

I have purchased my last bag of M&Ms. You are out of your fricking minds! Can't candy just be CANDY?

The LBGTQ+xyz123 community only accounts for around 3% of the U.S. population! Why then, do you insist on offending 97% of your customer base to please 3% of the population who probably doesn't eat your candy anyway?

How does this possibly make sense in any way? It DOESN'T and you are taking a very REAL chance of alienating your actual customer base over something as ridiculous as this! You have lost me!

Hello,I bought a family size bag of peanut m&ms one of my favourite chocolates on the 29/12/2022 at teneriefe South airport departing for home. We ate about half of the packet when I had put a small handful in my mouth and proceeded to chew ,I bit into something that was not breaking and think ive cracked my tooth. It has been aching on and off ever since and has been sensitive, had not been able to get a dentist appointment as over xmas /new year period then had prearranged appointments. I will be making one when theres availability to find what damage there is. I spat out what looked like bone still bits of colour on it and was rock hard. Very disappointed as this is one of my favourite chocs and have been eating them forever with no problems and mars is my favourite ie galaxy maltesers but sadly this has put me off.

On December 24th 2022 I was eating peanut M&Ms and one had a pit like from and olive pit in it and it broke my tooth in pieces. Now I can’t hardly eat anything cause it’s broken where it comes to a pointy piece poking my jaw on the left side of my mouth. I have No insurance to get it fix and I’m in so much pain. I brought it from a vending machine at a hotel on December 22,2022 around 7:27pm it cost a $1:50 . May I have a refund and compensation for the damage and pain and suffering.

I picked up 20 bags of M&M Mad Scientist Mix for Halloween. Sadly the candy pieces were pretty damaged inside of the bags. They were broken up pretty badly and even appeared to have gotten damp since some of the candy coating was sort of dull looking.

I was planning to put them in a nice glass bowl but they looked pretty bad with the chips and broken pieces...

Note: was a little disappointed at the cost of a bag and it was only 8oz...guess inflation is hitting everyone :)

Not really a complaint, but more of a concern. Peanut M&M's are my most favorite candy in the world, ever since I was a kid - I'm turning 62 next week! I purchased a large bag of fun size peanut M&M's and was a little disappointed when some of the packages contained only 1 or 2 M&M's in them. I'm sure the candy is sold by total weight of the package, so I'm not worried that I got "ripped off". These were purchased for Halloween trick or treaters. I'm sure the little ones would not have appreciated such a small gift. Good thing I had to taste test them beforehand. LOL

I purchased 18.4 ounce package and reached in the bag and did not see what I pulled out. I put them in my mouth and bit down on something that hurt my teeth. I pulled it out and it definitely was not an M & M. It hurt my teeth and looks weird. Now I am worried on what I am eating. Best before date 03/2023. 212DSCLV26. I bought them from Walmart on Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell, Idaho. I could of broken my teeth or some other person eating in my house.

Bought a bag of M & M's at the grocery store. I noticed a strange taste that I would describe as a chemical taste. It tasted like chlorine. Obviously I couldn't eat them. I have been eating M & M's for years and have never experienced this before. Made me really concerned about what may have happened or put into the product What's up with that!?

I was just enjoying a bag of caramel M&M’s when I happened to read the ingredients list. The lack of quality is astonishing; the rainbow of carcinogenic food dyes is especially troubling. While M&M’s are, of course, not a health food, the shockingly toxic ingredients are still appalling. Your candy tastes good, to be sure, but I will buy a healthier alternative next time- a different brand. I wish you would pivot away from toxic, carcinogenic ingredients toward something worth purchasing.

I'm so mad that the coffee m&ms are gone I want to scream shout and cry they were so good.

I had a couple of bags that had only had 2 m&m in the little bags. We already pay enough for these very disappointing when you are using for kiddy bags for birthday party

On June 11th approximately around noon, 12pm lunchtime, I bit into one that almost broke my tooth. I panicked thinking one of these M&Ms had broken my tooth. I actually thought it was my tooth I spit out because it had the consistency of the enamel used by dentists. They don't even taste the same. M&M use to be quality. You must have lowered your standards.

We paid for a box of 4 M&M bubble gum drumsticks and 2 of them were Hollow and appeared to have issues with the packaging and ice cream was only at the very top with the cone being empty. My little man was so upset as we went to 2 stores looking g for these as he live them and it was a treat never thought id pay nearly $10 for a pack of 4 ice creams from Coles ... this is a joke

I have purchased at least 3 dozen individual bags of M&M's over the past several months from our local grocer and I am having to throw them away upon opening.

I can't find any info online about this but I am afraid to eat them and share them due to an odd finding in each bag. It seems it only effects the green M&M.

What I am finding is the m&m is not smooth and shiny like the rest. They appear dull and very rough and it is only the green ones.

And what is really odd is it is not all the green ones in the bags, just the majority of them.

Would love to know what this is about. I hate throwing anything away, it just scares me!

Having eaten M&M's my whole life, I have never seen this!

We ordered a batch of sweets costing £1800 on the 25th of February which were supposed to arrive on the 1st of April, in plenty of time for our event. I heard nothing from M&M's and presumed that meant the order was going through. It was only when it got to the 6th April and our order hadn't arrived that I rang customer service to ask where they were. The lady I spoke to said that graphic design hadn't received our logo and so they hadn't moved forward with the production. I explained to this lady that we hadn't received a request for the logo and she told me that we should have. I sent the logo to her and she told me we would have the sweets on the 25th of April which was just a week before our event. After I explained that we have an event and they have to be there by the 25th latest she assured me that the sweets would be there by then and said to update her when the shipping information came through. After not receiving any shipping information I emailed her and was ignored so I rang the helpline. When she answered instead of telling me the sweets would definitely be there for the 25th she explained that graphic designers were looking at them and they should be ready by then. I am shocked at the shameful customer service received by the company (not the lady I spoke to I understand it's not her fault) and am appalled that such a huge company has taken our money and provided us with such an appalling service in return.

This is my 2nd request on a resolution. Purchased M&M'S Chocolate Candy Assorted Full Size Bulk Variety Box (47.40 oz., 30 ct.) through Sams Club on March 6th. In one of the packages, there is only6 candies. This is unacceptable for a full size candy package. Not worth the cost when divided up. Please respond to a resolution.

Purchased a box of M&M'S Chocolate Candy Assorted Full Size Bulk Variety Box (47.40 oz., 30 ct.) on March 6, 2022 for $21.42 One of the unopened package of M&M Peanut has only 4 candies inside the package. Just by holding the 1.74oz package it is obvious there is less inside than there should be.
