Walmart review: Shopping cart / carriages - unclean / cumbersome / too heavy for seniors.
Hello! I am a client of the Wal-Mart located close to the Chomedey, Laval Autoroute. It is a very convenient location and the additional service of the McDonald's is a big plus, for people meeting their friends, wives waiting for their husband's and Seniors to have a cup of coffee after they shop.
Two years ago, I noticed that the shopping carts were too heavy, as I don't shop for a family. I had purchased a coat, light in colour and the carriage was dirty from the groceries of another client. The coat was stained.
I ascertain that as a dedicated retail person, that this shopping cart is MUCH too Cumbersome for a SENIOR to SHOP in. I am currently 67 and I have trouble pushing the cart and there are older people who shop up to 80 years plus.
They have come up with smaller shopping carts now, mini shopping carts that you can find now in grocery stores. I suggest that alone from your head office walk into a grocery store and investigate. The shopping carts are about 2.5 X 2.5 feet and 3' high.
I mentioned this to one of the Managers today named ZYAD.
If you think that this information is valuable to your Corporation, I would appreciate possibly a 'gift card '. I am an Interior Designer and have gone back to school to study Design + Urban Planning.
Kind Regards.
Happy Thanksgiving from Canada!
