Walmart review: Purchase not refunded or replaced

On 02/14/2021 I purchased a multi charger for my iPhone I want to use the item today in my vehicle and it started to smoke immediately after plugging it in I took it to the local store located in Bristol or Langhorne area or trailer sales actually Oxford Valley Road and they wouldn't exchange it nor refund because he said I didn't have the box and they didn't have the product in stock in view in their display cases, and since they couldn't see the product match the box I had purchased it and they couldn't verify that I in fact purchase that product, so I'm out 25 bucks, Ironically as I was going to leave the store I was stopped by the people by the door to check my receipt because I had the product in my hand still smelling of burn and they looked at the receipt and looked at the product and said OK you can leave so they must've known over obviously bought it there, I spoke with the manager and I just handed them the charger and left that's ridiculous.
