I got a new card over three week's ago, they got it blocked, I uploaded my ID over 10 times, two were uploaded successful, few minutes later, get the same email again, and again, and again, upload ID again, copy not legible? I call the corporate office, I can't get anybody in the phone, the few I talked to, can't really understand them, voice is so muddled. What to talk to a real person, not sit around listening to an automated voice who only have you pushing numbers. Sick of this mess, when they got my card blocked that they sent me. I will not have my ID floating all around the internet just because they can't see a picture perfect photo.
