I am writing to you as I am utterly disgusted by the customer service which I have received.
I have requested far too many times for my documents to be sent to me so that Samsung can deliver my TV.
Do I need to resort with my legal team to intervene?
I am blocked from making any calls to Vodacom to follow up on my query.
This is terrible experience.
How is it that my documents were not emailed to me so that my TV can be sent from Samsung?
I wait to hear from you else I will resort with a legal case.
