4th Dec 2024,i called cancelation dept to give cancelation notice and I was advised to call towards end Dec or early Jan as it was still too early to request, 2 Jan, I called again and gave notice, I repeatedly confirmed with the agent that my last installment will definitely be 1st Feb 2026 which was tripped checked. 3rd Feb I'm being sent pillar to post coz I'm being told different stories to my previous conversation, spoke to Nonkululeko sent to Sibongile and finally Ronald who I requested that he escalate my query to the powers that be that I need the to listen to my Jan recording and revert back to me, to date I'm still waiting for anyone senior at vodacom. Mind u, I have a long history with vodacom and it's appalling to see this is how they treat their customers, every month without fail, I pay on time with no issues, the minute I have an issue, this how one gets treated, disgusting, disappointing. The last conversation with Ronald was the most irritating, annoying one, had no sense of how to handle a customer, instead of listening and doing what the customer was requesting, he had his own agenda to push, listening is a skill he definitely doesn't possess. Writing this complaint, I wondering if I will get any feedback
