Y’all are actually USELESS. Ordered a phone from Vodacom SA and the delivery’s through RAM — already a nightmare. I called IMMEDIATELY after realizing I messed up the delivery address (literally same street, just a diff number) and these clowns said they’d “note it down.” Cool.
Then tell me why my order that was already OUT FOR DELIVERY suddenly gets delayed by two business days over a minor change y’all could’ve handled in 5 mins? Now I won’t even be home to receive it and apparently they “can’t” deliver to anyone else? Lmfao so what now? Cancel the whole thing after I waited DAYS and paid y’all money?
Vodacom and RAM both got zero communication skills, zero flexibility, and clearly zero interest in actual customer service. I’m so over it. Never again.
Recommendation: Avoid these two companies if you don’t want to be angry
