We live in a rural area where cellphone signal is not just a convenience but a necessity. Reliable communication is crucial for safety, work, and staying connected with family. Unfortunately, your service has failed to meet these basic expectations.
We are tired of experiencing such poor service year after year without any visible effort to resolve the issue. As paying customers, we believe we deserve better. We urge your company to take immediate action to improve coverage in our area.
If no improvement is made, we will be forced to consider switching to another provider that can meet our needs.
