On the 15th of Sept 2025,the date of my debit order for my contract my account wasn't debited,I phoned vodacom customer care,which they responded with an apology in which I was initially debited,the agent told me I would not be debited the R100 missed payment fee,now today the 15th of Oct 2025 vodacom attempted to debit R370, my debit order is R270
Claimed loss: R100
Desired outcome: My account must be debited of the amount agreed upon,the R100 for missing the payment should be forgotten and my credit score be fixed from any damages due to Vodacom
