I have been trying for months to cancel my daughters subscription - they initially refused to talk to me - and they keep on phoning her when she is at school and not with me - I have instructed her to tell them that they need to change her number to pay-u. The called her yesterday - and she thought she would try to cancel the value added service that she has - her contract for her phone expired 2 years ago. I was told it is month to month and then had to wait 2 years to get to this point. anyway - she was told that her phone number will be cancelled if she cancels - they then "authenticated" her - she got none of the answer right except my name. But they have still upgraded the account. when I called to cancel - they told me it was already sent to warehouse and can't be cancelled now. - I need to warn clients against vodacom - they fraudulently upgraded our account with no authentication done and it is a struggle to cancel
