Since 2022 I have tried to cancel contracts at the end of their term.
The upgrades department just renew automatically with no authorization.
I have spoken to so many people at Vodacom. Some could see the cancellations but never phone me back.
After sending an e-mail to the CEO@vodacom.co.za a gentleman helped me and they passed a credit note for October and November (although this was cancelled in 2022 already)
Can you believe Vodacom has put through another charge in December for the same numbers they gave me a credit.
Now, I cannot get hold of anyone at the Corporate office. It seems as if they have blocked my number.
I am at wits end!
