Vivid Seats Delivery of tickets

Vivid seats is allowing a seller to first post a date of estimated shipping for the day after the event. Then allows the seller to change the date to the day of the event. Meaning the purchaser ( me ) is supposed to drive 4 hrs to the event without receiving my ticket in advance. I will never use vivid seats ever again.
As seen in the pic bellow. 01/23/22 arrival date. Event date is 01/22/22

Vivid Seats Ticket sales during covid/no refund

We were sold tickets for 438.00 dollars for Michaels Buble concert that was postponed, we tried to cancel and sell our tickets because with the plandemic you can't schedule that far in advance, Needless to say customer service sucks... by the time they screwed around and got precious M.B. to àctually schedule one of us had Covid and the other had cancer NO REFUND...

Desired outcome: All of our trips / concerts were refunded except with these people.

Vivid Seats Ticket refund

I purchased 8 tickets to The Band's Visit in Portland, Or, for January 8. I have asked for a refund or a credit due to the huge Covid outbreak in Portland. I am 68 and it is very unsafe to go to the theatre. I cannot sell the tickets as no one are buying tickets due to Covid. I would expect Vivid Seats to do the right thing and refund or credit my account, but they will not. I have spent all week speaking to many different customer service agents. Horrible customer service

Vivid Seats never received tickets

this is an ongoing issue since May of 2021. They keep promising tickets but have never sent to us. They keep telling us that they DO NOT offer refunds and that we are welcome to sell the tickets but you cannot sell what you don't have. We have reported to the state fraud department and will never never never buy from them again...BUYER BEWARE!

Vivid Seats I never received my tickets

I ordered hockey tickets for Colorado Avalanche vs Detroit Red Wings. Hours before the game I contacted Vivid Seats because I never received my tickets. They sent me one email (spam folder) for my parking pass. The Customer Service agent at the venue looked up my seats and said nothing was ever transferred. I am out $586.00. Vivid Seats customer service is "chat" or email. I did receive a text message from them and I googled the phone number and was told it is an invalid number. Total scam.

Vivid Seats Game was relocated due to hurricane out of state, having difficulty get refund for tickets.

I purchased football tickets to Oklahoma-Tulane to be played on 9/4/21 in New Orleans (order number [protected]). A hurricane hit Louisiana that week, causing New Orleans unable to host the game. It was moved to Norman, OK. I was unable to go because it was moved. Vividseats said game was being rescheduled, and hang on to tickets. It was not being rescheduled because it being played out of state, same time date and time. While both schools, and media sources said it was relocated, Vividseats said they don't have the official word if the game location changed, and can't issue refund. They said if I couldn't go I should try to sell the tickets to someone else. The game took place in Norman OK, the score was 40-35 Oklahoma. Vividseats sent me an email on the night of 9/4 telling me to hang on to. y tickets because it was being rescheduled.

Vivid Seats Not able to sell my college tickets that is linked to Vivid Seats

I spend more than an hour to sell my college football tickets through Vivid Seats. Most of the time I give up trying to sell that cost me money and adds frustration. I gave a 2 Star because many years ago they had customer service. Wishing for the good old times.

Desired outcome: Know what the problem is and what Vivid is doing to correct. Please no change browser response. Been there done that.

Vivid Seats Tickets never received

I had ordered tickets for a sporting event. It was the day of the event and my tickets were still not available on my account. I sat on the phone and chat with Vivid Seats customer service for 4+ hours on the day of the event. The tickets were still never delivered to me. I reached out to support the night of the event (after the event was over) asking for a refund, following their "100% Buyer Guarantee" policy, and still never received a refund and it has been over a week now. Every email I sent, they would reply saying "it is still being investigated." They said they would send me a form to fill out, they never sent the form (no surprise) and then told me it (again) has to be investigated. I finally decided to dispute the charge on my credit card so now my credit card company has been reaching out to them to figure out the issue (even though it is a simple and obvious issue).

The amount of time and stress, and money, that I have lost because of poor customer service and false company advertising is ridiculous. I do not have time to sit on the phone/chat for 4+ hours during the day. I am out $100+ because of a company's mistake, not my own.

I have attached the false "100% buyer guarantee" and screenshots of my emails with support.

Desired outcome: a refund and for them to stop lying to customers

Vivid Seats Vivid Seats will not send me the tickets or a refund

I purchased Rolling Stones tickets last year They were scheduled to perform last year but due to Covid it was postponed and now re-scheduled for 10/29/21. I have asked for the tickets to be sent or a refund for weeks on end I get no help or no response. Vivid does not answer calls or emails I am out almost 600$ Please help Thanks

Vivid Seats Why can't I receive my tickets that I have paid for. I have delt with vivid seats for many years and have not ever had a problem with them.

Ordered tickets for new orleans saints nfl game against dallas cowboys on may 26, 2021 and received a text stating that the seller has transferred the tickets to my email on 6/1/2021 which I never received the e mail so that the tickets could be transferred to my account. Have reached out to customber service at least 10 times and been getting the run around they said they would get the seller to retransfer my tickets and that have not happened so far but they was paid on the 5/27/21. Would like to hear from vivid seats to make sure that I will receive tickets before the game, or have them retransfer the tickets so I can have a piece of mind

Vivid Seats Refund for canceled concert

Horrible Worst Customer Service
This is a scam website, forget trying to get a refund
Worst experience I have had buying tickets and it was my first time buying anything from VIVID Seats. I will never purchase anything from here again and nor will I refer any my friends from purchasing anything from VIVID SEATS.
My event was cancelled due to Covid and rescheduled could not attend due to border crossing closed. I requested a full refund, all they given me is the run around. You cannot get anyone on the phone in Customer Service. Their automated system will have you running in circles. They are just keeping people's money.
This company only cares about money and not about customer service. There advice, try reselling online. Who is buying concert tickets during COVID? Bad customer service. They do not care about their customers!

Vivid Seats Guns and roses concert

Purchased tickets for concert at comerica Park. Postponed due to covid. New date still pending. Live in Ontario Canada. International borders are closed. Refusing a refund. Changed their policy AFTER covid. Been out of work for almost a year. Self employed hair stylist. This refund would be a big help. Still have to pay household bills on top of bills for the locked down business.

Vivid Seats Refusal of Refund

Used VividSeats on 1/4/2020 to purchase Kenny Chesney tix for Arrowhead Stadium show for 7/11/2020. Obviously the tour was canceled for Covid reasons. Show was rescheduled for 5/2021 in Arrowhead.
Just got notice today that 2021 tour was canceled and refunds were being offered.
Visited with chat rep on 3/22/2021 about refund, so I could pick a new show for 2022 tour
Refund was refused!

Vivid Seats Purchasing and reselling tickets

In February 2021 I purchased 4 tickets for my family to attend 4 different spring training MLB games in the Fort Lauderdale area the week of March 22-26, 2021.

Due to Covid exposures at home, we had to cancel the entire trip.

My attempts to 1) gain access to my tickets and 2) resell them for a loss were BOTH impossible to accomplish within the Vivid Seats website. After reading the FAQ on their site, no progress was possible, I couldn't even download the tickets let alone resell them.

I have contacted customer service multiple times and ways (live chat line, email, phone call) and received only recordings that weren't helpful at all.

My purchase will slowly go to waste every day this week that I can't resell and a game gets played, starting today Monday March 22.

PLEASE HELP. I don't know why I can't access my purchased tickets. 16 tickets across 4 games.

Vivid Seats Tickets

I purchased tickets for a 4 day basketball tournament. The day before the tournament I received an email saying my tickets were on my account so I checked the app and they were there for all 4 days. I was able to access those tickets for days 1 & 2 but then on day 3 the tickets had suddenly all disappeared and my account said my event was over. I called customer service and they were no help at all. There was no option to print paper tickets. It was all digital so it just disappeared from my account with no explanation or recourse. Then when I asked for a refund they sent an email saying - "We sent you the tickets together so you can download them. on our end, the tickets were sent successfully." I had to purchase further tickets at the venue and they reported many Vivid Seat customers were having the same problem and that Vivid Seats is

Vivid Seats Nickelback tickets

The show in question was canceled last year dew to covid-19. They refuse to refund my money, instead they gave me a credit, which expires 01/01/2022. My order number is [protected] . I just want my money back. I have had numerous conversations with these guys to no avail.

Vivid Seats Tickets for Billie Eilish April 2020

I am unable to obtain a refund despite many phone calls and emails. The Billie Eilish concert, scheduled for April 2020 in Washington State, was canceled and then never rescheduled. My daughter spent all her savings on buying two tickets for $818.60 and we are now unable to receive any refund. Please can you help? Her order number is [protected]. She does not have any other money to spend and this is causing her and her family a great deal of distress. Those who ansser the phone for Vivid appear to be callous and uncaring about this very unfortunate situation. Please can you help us obtain a refund?

Vivid Seats Michael Buble’ tickets

Concert postponed due to civid-19, 10 months out from a weekend date to a mid week date. Can not travel for weekday date. Would not refund nor credit purchase price. This is wrong when customer chooses a date and not at fault for postponement. Do not use vivid seats for any ticket purchase. Their so called guarantee is false, they told me in chat that all sales were final and offered their resell division to solve my issue, really!

Vivid Seats No refunds - they deny you requested refund for canceled event

I called (multiple times and spoke with Matt who said the refund would go back to my card), emailed (with Lexy), and live chatted (with a non-human) with the company in regards to tickets for a show that was canceled due to covid 19. They claim to have no record of me asking for the refund. Total waste of time. This is the worst ticket site ever! This was my first (and only) time ever using them.

Vivid Seats Fraudulent agreement / promises made for a full refund

-concert scheduled for march 18th was cancelled on march 13th due to covid-19 with an email describing our full cash refund will be applied within 2-4 weeks with no action required. If we wanted a voucher for 120% of the ticket value, we had to act within 72 hours. I did not want the voucher so we did not act.
-april 15th, vivid seats sent an email directly to my spam inbox, nearly 33 days later (5 weeks) saying now that action was
Required within 7 days to receive the full cash refund we were already promised in writing on march 13th. Otherwise, they would automatically apply it towards a 110% purchase value voucher.
I did not receive the april 15th email within a timely manner because it was sent directly to my spam inbox, while their advertisements were still being sent to my regular inbox. I spoke at length with the company, via web chat and phone call and they refused to honor their original promise of a full refund. They waited until after they were supposed to have already refunded our money to change their policies. This is fraud. We were promised one thing and given something else that we did not agree to that has less value than the original $720.90. We cannot use this voucher as we cannot attend any concerts in the future, making the voucher far less valuable to us than the $720.90 owed to us.
The company is refusing to honor the agreement made on at least 3 occasions (via email, and multiple checks on their website for updated policies over the following weeks. They intentionally waited 5 weeks to change their policies to keep our money. Matt g., the rep I spoke to last, agreed that they should have honored the original agreement, but they "can change policies whenever they want" so there was nothing they would do. We will be disputing this charge and will go to any legal lengths to receive our full cash refund as promised. I have the emails in question and will be happy to provide you with them.

I've had the same issue though my costs aren't that high. I never received the initial email telling me I had to let them know withing 7 days of my refusal for a "credit" in order to get a refund. I'm working with my credit card company now letting them know of the fraud and hopefully will get my money back. I just know I'll never work with Vivid again.
