My card was used with my permission. My bank has not given me a chargeback for the 2 tickets purchased on September 1, 2025 to a Buffalo Bills game at the Carolina Panthers Stadium. The amount is $1936.57 charged on my credit card with the last four digits 9816. The bank US Bank offered a provisional credit which changed to a chargeoff of $0. This reflects on my credit score and furthermore makes me responsible to pay it back over time with interest.

Claimed loss: $1936.57

Desired outcome: Full refund back to card.

Correction: My card was used without my permission. I need a refund. Somehow the system changed part of my complaint.
