I made the mistake of buying tickets from Vivid for the Pink Martini Concert in Austin Texas on January 6, 2025. I bought 2 tickets, on the main floor of the auditorium for $100 each and ended up paying $370! That was 2 tickets at $100 plus $170 fees for Vivid. $370 dollars! I was unable to reverse this purchase, even after 5 minutes of buying the tickets.
The evening of the concert, my tickets became available and I was put in the Balcony in two $50 seats each.
Terrible experience. I will never use Vivid Seats again.
I paid $370 for 2 $50 seats...Vivid made a profit of $270! This is robbery!

Contact your credit card company right away to contest this charge due to misrepresentation and non-delivery of the item in question. Note down the seat details, show inconsistencies on seating and excess charges. Your state’s attorney general’s office or consumer protection agency should be contacted for deceptive practices by Vivid Seats. They are not good for you in future.
