Mohammad Rabie helped me with the purchase of a 24inch monitor once I got he I noticed there was a sticker on the box saying it was missing a cord but no one said this to me in the store and I got the box off the shelf with all the other monitors so I sent my brother back to return the item with the recipe (only about an hour's time passed from original purchase) they would not let him return it Evan with the receipt so I have to get my 4 year old ready to go out again and drive all the way back to do what should not have been a problem for my brother to return also they tried to tell me they were not giving me the cash back and it had to go on a card Evan tho I paid cash just a couple hours before. The people behind the desk were rude and not helpful in the least they were laughing and joking between them selfs and over all made me feel very uncomfortable.. this store is a disgrace in costumer service
