I had an appointment at 10am to get a dash camera installed, but missed this appointment as I woke up not feeling well, and due to covid didn't think I should go out. I promptly called visions store when they opened at 10am to let them know I couldn't make it because I didn't feel well. They said they couldn't rebook anytime soon so I asked for a refund and they said they would only refund the amount for the dash camera and not the install because I missed the appointment. The store manager then told me I should go to small claims if I want. I have no refund- owing 416.02
