Visions Electronics review: Laptop

I purchased a laptop for me 10 year old daughter and the extended warranty. The device stop working about 6 months in. The manufacturer fixed it and roughly 6 months after that it stopped working again. Brought it to vision because their warranty was to now cover it but of course they sent it to their technician and said there was water damage and they will not fix it. It's a complete lie because if that was true the manufacturer would have stated that. I know for a fact it's a lie. Once your device is in their care and they don't want to fix it, they can do whatever and blame you. They are scammers. If I could give them 0 I would. Terrible company
