All emails, social media messages are all ignored. Around 2 weeks ago I was signed out of my account, unable to get back in, it kept telling me my phone number was incorrect, however it’s the only one I’ve had that I’ve ever used for Vinted, I attempted to contact customer support. I have been completely ignored for 2 weeks. I don’t think they should be allowed to operate as I have a balance on there I don’t think I’ll ever be able to withdraw now, and a complaint about something faulty i bought that will now be too late to deal with as the seller will have got the money a week or so ago.
Desired outcome: Customer service employees need to sort out this problem
payment not received
11 items were put on Vinted for sale at the end of December 2022. Subsequently some items were sold. I transferred £40 from Vinted to my bank account in January. Later the rest of the items sold but only £17 showed on my account so I transferred this amount thinking that the rest would appear later. It is now the end of February and my Vinted account shows £0 balance. I would like to know when I will receive the £25 which is outstanding. If you look at my account you will see that the total amount made from the sale is £82 but I have received only £57.

Refund not issued
I ordered a Ted Baker handbag. It was described as perfect condition. The photos showed two handles.
I received a Ted baker handbag that had one handle. The material was worn and there was a green pen mark on. Therefore I had received a different item to what was advertised.
I contacted vinted who said I had to pay for the return.
I packaged up and returned the item at my own cost.
The seller said it was put in her garden in the rain by the delivery driver. She said soil soaked through and the bag was damaged. I put it In paper. Then bubble wrap. Than the parcel bag.
Vinted refunded the seller. Even though they sent me the wrong damaged item in the first place.
I have lost £70!

What was the name of this seller please? I have just had a similar experience, I returned a coat, as agreed, in perfect condition. it was sold to me as a 12, but was XXL. many sizes larger. I returned carefully packaged via vinted courier. This was marked delivered and refund agreed. Then same seller stopped it, claiming the courier left her parcel in a bin. She sent photos of the disgusting bin, which she/ they had never cleaned and said it was rained on all day. She said there was a "hood". in the bag- I think she meant "hole". Though no picture showed this and the parcel was sent in post office plastic mail bag and sealed with waterproof tape. She said the coat was wet and smelled. I have seen no photos of this. I paid £12 for the coat. Now she is claiming it was worth £280. I tried to block her but she kept coming through sending me misspelled messages with pictures of the bins.
The seller was karlato13.
After I posted this, I received photos from the courier of it being handed to her in the doorway in perfect condition with no holes in. Vinted STILL won’t refund me or block her account. She has LOADS that say the same thing.
I got my money back through my bank - the chargeback scheme.
Vinted were truly awful from start to finish. It was really stressful going back and forth.
So sorry to hear- That is truly awful, Did you arrange the courier yourself, or did you go through Vinted's preaddressed courier label? I feel that with this they have a reaponsbility. If you arrange it yourself, they can more easily put it all back on you to chase up. I don't have a Yodel email confirmation with a booking ref or anything like that, because I just downloaded the printable label for yodel. My item was fairly low cost, but it has been super stressful. I would have been better off if I just kept it. I can ask my bank- that's a good idea .
Blocked account

my account was blocked on 17-02-2023 for 7 days right after I bought the spotlight wardrobe (so I already lost 7£) because the customer was unhappy with the canceled order. my account was blocked because of the non-original perfume I was selling at the time, according to Vinted team (the same buyer reported me for revange) According to the rules, perfumes must be sold only with original packaging and new ones. The perfume I am selling is Barakkat Rouge 540 by Fragrance World, with labels and markings indicating that the perfume is genuine and from Fragrance World. When I tried to explain the situation that the perfume I was selling was real with attached photos, I was ignored and the robots continued to answer my messages. I feel this decision violates my rights and demeans me as a seller, your loophole system penalizes me and thus degrades me in front of other users. I am not satisfied with the decision, because the same perfumes are sold on the platform without proof of purchase, with the same markings, and some even without boxes. So please review my case again as I feel humiliated. I attach photos of other users of Barakkat Rouge 540 by Fragrance World which do not meet the requirements and exist on the platform from a week to several months. Used perfumes, some without boxes and definitely not new.
Again please unblock me as I feel humiliated even though I am a loyal seller with 600 positive reviews and have never had this problem. Also please refund my money spent on Spotlight Wordbrode or extend from the time I was blocked. I hope you will understand me and answer my letter and help me in this situation.

01/02/2023 Vinted rules and regulations. () 1 Once item has been received, buyer has to “mark item received” they then have two days to “everything is ok”
I received a message from buyer saying the item was fake. I replied, "I am sorry I allowed you to purchase my item"
I then asked buyer to raise a suspension which he is not, I asked him to return 5he item which he did not. I then asked Vinted to please deal with situation. Two days later the transfer of payment went into my balance done by Vinted.
Then I left feedback to buyer. Recommending buyer and thanking him for purchase. Then I received feedback from buyer “stating I am selling counterfeit goods and to a valid buying anything from me as I am selling counterfeit goods. I messaged buyer and asked him kindly to remove feedback, he refused point blank and said he took item to PRL Bind Street and they said it was fake.
Well the same day I called PRL Bicester Bucks [protected], which I have account with since 2016 when I purchased over £2k in items and only purchased a suit in November 2022 that Factory Outlet Stock is not sold in Retail Full Price Stores and have the slightest discrepancies that you and I would not notice but PRL Quality Control would never allow in a main stream store or concession to sell therefore they go straight to the Factory Outlet Stores at a reduced fee.
I contacted Vinted and asked them to remove the feedback as I took legal advice and found out it is defamation, libel and a hinder financially to future sales. They Vinted refused. So I messaged the buyer and asked why, he did not raise a suspension, why he did not return item, why he did not mark the item “ I have a issue” why he has used defamation libel and lied about the item sold.
Desired outcome: I want Vinted to remove feedback and warm the buyer that his conduct was not responsible was liable or true and issue a full apology.
Withholding funds
Vinted contacted me telling me I needed to verify my contact information, which included uploading an ID or passport. At that time, I had money due to me from selling some of my clothing, but they will not pay me out until I provide the information requested, so I did. I uploaded my driver's license. It was rejected. I tried several more times. Their response is that that my individual details could not be verified, then later it was something to do with the National ID#'s aren't in the correct format, or something. I messaged them so many times on one thread, then they closed it. I started another one, they closed that one also. I am completely against it, but was going to upload my passport, but I can't becuase it says it is still trying to verify my other ID --- which can take upto 48 hours, but it has now been 2 weeks. They clearly are horrible with customer support. I will NEVER sell anything on this site again! I may have to walk away from the funds owed to me, but I think that is completely unfair. I don't know how else to get the help I need.
Desired outcome: I want my funds to be released to me.
Item size smaller than advertised
I have order item with the seller on the 24/1/23. Order has been shipped 27/01/23 delivered on the 03/02 to pick up place and collected on the 05/02/23. 07/02 I have checked and tried and the shoes did not fit me and I have let the seller know. She asked me to send picture the same day (I have no seen a notification so noticed just on the 09/02/23) I was in the office that date so could not do that immediately. And informed I will follow in the evening/ next day. I did follow up later due to family issues on the 12/02 and the seller did apologize that he shoes were from her mother and she told her wrong information on the shoes. I have asked her if I can return it then and she replied that not because she can see as well that I have been wearing them due to abrasion on the sole (that was already visible on the sellers pictures - I took screenshot). I was trying since then find some email or a number, but via FB I was not able to reach support to assist me with this matter and [protected]@vinted.com was undeliverable.
Desired outcome: Please refund me for those shoes
Vinted is a fraud and dishonest business
I bought an expensive item on Vinted in december and received the wrong package which was reported immediately by both the seller and buyer. They did not follow up nor provided any help so I lost all my money, plus the Vinted security fee which means nothing obviously and is just another way for them to secure an income at the cost of their customers. Stay away from Vinted!
Desired outcome: Report this company to the authorites and stop them frauding people around the glope!
Selling
I sold a crocs left set with 14 pieces. The customer said two pieces were broken and said it was wrapped properly. This was a lie. Each item was triple wrapped. Boxed and any gaps filled with more bubble wrap. I asked the women to refund to me and she immedstopped talking to me. She probvided photos to Vinted x that I didn’t get to see and they allowed her to keep the whole set so 12 unbroken very expensive pieces. So all she had to say was 2 broken and she gets to keep the whole set and I’ve lost ot all. It’s like a theft. Vinted are of no help and say the women showed evidence they wrapped well. I know that’s a low but still downs by give her the right to keep everything
Desired outcome: My money back or for the women to return the 14 pieces back to me as I requested
Lack of support
I have been logged out of my profile and unable to retrieve my outstanding balance.
I am repeatedly asked for my telephone number to be verified which after trying numerous times is unsuccessful.
I have contacted the help centre and receive no helpful reply other than my phone verification has failed.
I have outstanding items on the site and unable to get into my balance withdrawal.
Desired outcome: I need someone to help me retrieve my outstanding balance.
False accusations regarding my item photographs
I attempted to list a genuine Louis Vuitton item on Vinted yesterday that I was told I needed to add more photos of including serial number and interior logo, which I then did, along with original proof of my purchase from LV.
I have now been accused of breaching copyright laws by posting MY OWN PHOTOS of MY BAG and MY RECEIPT!
This is an outrageous way to treat people who have complied with your requirements and provided genuine evidence required of a genuine item. I request an apology and reconsideration.

On January 6th I sold a Polo top to mylittleshop_3, bagged and attached the postal label securely to the black postage bags I use. Posted on the 9th January. Got a message that it was in a locker on 12th January. Next thing is that the sale was suspended. I contacted the buyer asked for photo. They sent me, showing a brown paper bag with a different address.
Desired outcome: Payment for brand new clothing sent. Better communication from Vinted
Blocked account and zero help
My Vinted account was blocked for no reason. I cannot access my account on Vinted are holding my money. I have tried to contact the customer service, almost 20 times now and each time they just ask me for my bank details to verify it’s me, which I’m not comfortable with. What same person hands over bank details via email? I have provided them with my full name, my address and my Vinted account name. I’ve also asked them if they would like to see my driving license to verify for security, but they just keep requesting my bank account details.
I have asked for further assistance to speak to management, to get a phone number, or for any other help in resolving the issue, and they won’t do anything!
I will never ever use the service again, it’s disgusting.

Blocked Account with Unfair Accusation with no investigation
Hi. This is Mei here and I am a user of Vinted (Seller and also a Buyer). Recently I have my account blocked permanently because of a claim of a buyer saying I sold her a counterfeit item. I was acknowledge of the claim but yet, as how the investigation went I have no idea, only to have my account blocked permanently just with one claim despite of 30ish of positive reviews and no one from Vinted to ask me questions or to clarify. And I have still have 3 ongoing transactions that been send out to buyers and have no idea if I will be getting payment from them.
Desired outcome: I want my payment for the ongoing 3 transactions that have no related to the buyer false claims and blocked Vinted account back.
They offered me a refund and have not sent it.
I bought a pair of boots which were quite clearly not true to size. I forwarded photos as requested which they reviewed and said I would receive a refund and would get an address to send them to.
The next morning I got a message saying my funds had been released to the seller. They now will not reply to any of my messages, just completely ignore me and I have looked up my rights and a company cannot retract a refund offer.
Desired outcome: I want a refund for the boots that I cannot wear as they are incorrectly sized.
Vinted will not contact seller to address issue and issue a refund.

My daughter Amelie Jenkins, who is 16 years old, ordered a Ralph Lauren Jumper from a seller "DesignerWardrobeldn". The jumper was for a Christmas present for her sister. As she is 16 years old, she had not understood that she had to check the jumper to make sure that there were no faults. Once the jumper was on display after being unwrapped, it became very clear that it was not only counterfeit, but the dye around the neck of the jumper was a different colour from the jumper, this increased to the sleeves and also the front of the jumper. It is almost like the main colour is coming off. My daughter made contact with the buyer on 1st of January, explaining the situation but the seller is refusing to give a refund. I am stepping in now as a parent to get this resolved, as clearly this is faulty and very unprofessional. I am also concerned that other minors could be misled.

My account on vinted is nannypooh1964 I purchased an apple watch it will not pare to my phone as the activation lock is still in place from the previous owner I have tried to get the info I need and have asked if I can return it but with no reply. I just want the watch to work really
I have spoken to apple and the only way I can unlock the watch is if I have the original receipt or the apple id and password

I received an item that was significantly not as described.
The seller agreed to this and to a return. The company vinted provided a return label that did not work and gave me a deadline of a few days to return. I messaged them to inform the label did not work and I did not authorize a return. This was ignored and my money was released to seller and a refund refused.
This is an unauthorized release of my money, buyer protection was taken, and consumer rights act not followed, so law broken (regarding long distance selling regualtions.)
I have contacted customer care many times since, the staff are incompetent, stating I have not opened a case on time, or informed of issue (which I did several times) and stating that they can no longer help as money has been released.
Desired outcome: Full refund

Blocked you blocked my account you never told me why I had great feedback I checked my inbox like you said nothing wrong so I waited for you to get back to me nothing for months so I opened a new account what you block right away again yer I used my name as I was doing no wrong but now I’m blocked again and yes I shouldn’t off done it but I did I have stuff to sell and yer you were the best place but you blocked me for nothing I checked the emails all was good you never got back to me I waited and waited but nothing so you give me no reason to close my account and block me so I thought il open a new one now you say I have multiple accounts I have a blocked old one and now a block new one with no reason to block me in the first place so can you unblock my first account il delete the new one just can I have a answer, not you saying the terms and conditions I am not reading your terms and conditions. If you will not tell me what part of the terms and conditions that I broke in the first place I did not break I had no multiple accounts. I had one account, you blocked it with no rhyme, or reason to do and I will take this up with envy everybody I possibly can because you’re breaking your wrong terms you give me no reason you told me to check my inbox. I checked everything I’ve not missed anything from anybody but you still just want to know this is wrong. Yes I should’ve set up a second account but I needed to sell people are desperate for money and yes so am I sort of block me for reason and then not even answer me when I ask why or can you reactivate it. Nothing only thing you can do is press a button on a computer and send me a computer message is a joke please reactivate my first account I’ll deactivate the new one I’m not bothered I just want one of my account so I can sell so I can actually feed my family
And if you check my emails on your site it was sorted all sorted so you closed me down after it was sorted there was no problem it was fixed and it wasn’t my problem someone else sent the wrong item not me

scammer using our name
My girlfriend is getting contacted by people close to us, because someone is using her name "Ilona Claeys".
She is not using this and the person using her name is trying to get the clothes delivered to akkerhage 2 in Gent (same city as we live in)and they told us that they are trying to get money off their account.
I would like to end this fraud and use of her name before we get into trouble for this asap please.
