Express About a poor customer service at express located in north park mall dallas

Today Thursday November 9th I was shopping at your store ( north park mall)

Around 5.pm literally the store was empty no clients, I really didn't concerned me that no one great it me, I finish looking and I went to check out the clerk was what's your phone number I couldn't hear hear at first and I said I am sorry I couldn't hear you, then started to be rude and impolite I asked her if she was the manager she said she was a lead . I told her as a leader you should be more costumer service oriented and you attitude and body luggage should be more appealing to your clients. She said oh well I am only the lead here.

And turned her back to me and started to be sarcastic with her coworkers.

I hope in the near future I will see the best costumer service as it was before when you enter the store all the sales person great you and ask if you need help shopping at EXPRESS .

Express Express reward lost due to the express website tech issue

My account is [protected]@live.com.

I have lost my $50 rewards due to the Express website issue. The next day when I try to use it again, then the reward was gone due to it's expiration date was the tech issue day. I can't place order that day. Then I contacted the customer service, they said they are going to add the reward back to my account, however, it never add back.

Desired outcome: I want to the express restore my $50 reward back to my account

Express Express Clothing Review: Great Quality and Customer Service

I used to be a regular shopper at Express, but a few years ago I felt like the quality of their clothes was going down. However, I recently started shopping there again because my friend recommended their pants. I decided to buy some online, but unfortunately, when they arrived, they sent me the wrong size for one of the pants. I didn't want to pay for return shipping, so I went to their retail store to return it. However, I was told that I couldn't return it there because the SKU tag didn't match the one on the shipping slip. I was frustrated, but the lady at the store told me that this had been happening quite a bit recently, with wrong sizes being shipped out.

I decided to call their customer service number, and the lady who answered was really friendly and helpful. She immediately sent out the right size for me with free shipping and gave me a label for free return. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled the problem. This is how customer service should work! I understand that mistakes happen, but it's how the company deals with them that determines how successful they are in retaining their customers. In contrast, I had a terrible experience with the Ideeli site.

As for the clothes themselves, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pants and top I received. They were much better than what I remembered from 6-7 years ago, and the cutting was much better with the sizes very standardized. This is a huge plus, as no one wants to keep buying and returning clothes. I used to buy most of my pants from Victoria's Secret, but their sizes are so inconsistent and their cotton pants can shrink a full size after a few washes. I'm definitely sticking to Express Pants from now on!

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience shopping at Express again. They've clearly made some improvements, and I appreciate their excellent customer service. I'll definitely be shopping there again in the future!

Express Terrible Customer Service Experience with Express Online Purchase

I recently made an online purchase of clothing from Express, spending almost $150. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was less than satisfactory. I would strongly advise against ordering anything from Express online.

Firstly, my delivery did not arrive on the expected date. When I contacted Express, they informed me that there had been an issue during shipping and everything had been sent back. They assured me that the error had been fixed and that I would receive my package "overnight" due to their mistake.

However, the package never arrived. When I called again, Express informed me that the items were on back order and would arrive within the next 5-7 business days.

Despite this, the package still did not arrive. I called again to cancel my order and request a refund, but was told that it was already in the mail and that I could not cancel my order. I asked when I could expect delivery.

When the package finally arrived, only one item out of the five I had ordered was included. To make matters worse, the necklace I had ordered was broken.

I called Express again to express my frustration. This time, I spoke to a representative named Lorenzo, who assured me that I would be reimbursed for the entire order, including the broken necklace.

However, when I checked my account, only a portion of the money had been refunded. I called again and was told that this was because I had used a gift card for the rest of the payment. I declined their offer of another gift card and insisted that the money be refunded to my card instead.

Despite this, the money still did not appear in my account. When I called again, I was informed that the card information I had provided was incorrect. I gave them the correct information, but they still only refunded me half of what they owed me.

After eight phone calls and speaking to a different representative each time, I still have not received my full refund. I will never shop at Express again and would strongly advise others to avoid them as well. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Express Express Online Order Nightmares: Delayed, Cancelled, and Poor Customer Service

I ordered a jacket and a peacoat from Express online in late November and paid for overnight shipping. I got an order confirmation email on December 1st, but I didn't receive a tracking number or shipping confirmation email. I contacted customer service a few days later, and Brittney told me on December 10th that my shipping would be reimbursed and upgraded due to the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush. However, I received another email shortly after that with my shipping costs deducted from my original order.

On December 11th, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled because the two items were no longer available. I called customer service and was told that only one of the two items I wanted was in stock. So, I had the representative place a new order for just that one item. However, on December 12th, the order was cancelled again. I called customer service again, and apparently, there was one size left of the peacoat that I originally wanted still showing up in their system. So, I had the representative place another order for the same item, for the third time. I also submitted a complaint via their website.

On December 13th, Shanea replied to my complaint via email in what I still think was a condescending manner, without addressing the issue or what I stated, which was my deserving store credit or something similar. I placed the order pretty much a month ago, when ALL sizes for those two items were in stock online (before the rush), was delayed and ultimately cancelled on three separate times, and was given nothing besides a simple "sorry and have a nice day" runaround.

On December 19th, I received the last email from Express, and the third order attempt was cancelled. Long story short, I would avoid shopping with them online. I've been an Express Next member for over four years, but I'm over it. This wasn't the first or second time that they screwed up my order for whatever reason. It's frustrating to deal with customer service that doesn't seem to care about your concerns.

Express Terrible Experience at Express: Unhelpful Staff, Confusing System, and Joke of a Customer Service Line

So, me and my boyfriend went to the UTC store in December to return some items he got online. He didn't like the quality, so we decided to return them. I ended up picking a couple of tops for myself instead. Unfortunately, the fitting rooms were closed due to covid, but the staff assured me that it wouldn't be an issue to return or exchange the items if they didn't fit. I agreed and went on my way.

Fast forward to today, I went to the Mission Valley store to do the exchange. The staff looked at my items and confirmed that I could do an exchange. However, I decided to pick up some jewelry instead since I didn't want to bother with sizes again. To my surprise, the jewelry was buy 1 get 1 free! I was excited about the deal and waited in line to make my purchase.

But then, the girl at the register told me that the computer system wouldn't let me do an exchange for jewelry that's a bogo, no matter the price. I would have to pay for each piece separately, full price! This was after we already previously paid for those items, and the jewelry was on sale! I was frustrated and confused. Why couldn't I get the sale price when I'm returning the item I already paid for and never had a chance to try on because the fitting rooms were closed? I already spent the money, can't I just get something that actually works for me?

To make matters worse, the manager, Shelley, was very rude and unhelpful. She looked like she was only 20 years old, and she couldn't even assist me properly. I asked to put my items back in the bag, and when I opened it, I found only one top out of the two I had. I asked for my other item, and the girl at the register who originally started processing the return gave me some black pants size 23 (I'm size 0). It was ridiculous!

I finally found the second top I had and left the store. I was so upset that I decided I would never come back again. And that's after 15 years of being a loyal customer! To add insult to injury, Shelley gave me a card to call their 'customer service line,' which turned out to be a joke. When I called them, the person picked up the phone and asked how they could help. When I explained the situation, they just hung up on me and switched me to an automated customer satisfaction survey. What's the point of pretending you actually have a customer service line when you don't?

Overall, my experience with Express was terrible. The staff was unhelpful, the computer system was confusing, and the customer service line was a joke. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Express Express Fails to Deliver on Christmas Promise: Disappointing Experience

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with Express. I read some other reviews before I placed my order, but I didn't listen to them. Big mistake. I ordered some stuff on 12/22 and I made it super clear to the customer service person that I needed it by 12/24. I was willing to pay extra for shipping, but she told me not to worry about it and that they were offering free 2-day shipping. She even guaranteed that I'd get my package by Christmas Eve. I was feeling pretty good about it, so I didn't think twice.

But then, on 12/23, I still hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation. So I called back and talked to a different person who told me that my order was in process but they couldn't tell me if it had actually shipped yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got the same answer. I asked to speak to their boss and was told that the supervisor was "in charge of it all." I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I asked to cancel my order and place a new one for overnight delivery. They put me on hold for a while and then came back to tell me that my order had already shipped and that I'd get it by 12/24. I was still nervous, but they guaranteed it again.

Well, it's now 12/27 and I still don't have my package. They did update their system and give me tracking information, but it turns out that my package was shipped by FedEx Smart Post. I didn't even know that was a thing, but apparently it's the slowest possible way to ship something. It won't even get here until 12/31. So now I'm stuck with no Christmas gifts for my daughter and I wasted an hour on the phone with these people.

I'm really disappointed in Express. They let me down and now I have to decide whether to pay for shipping to return my order or pay for shipping to send it to my daughter. Not exactly the Christmas present I was hoping for.

Express Disappointed with Express Customer Service: Lost Browser History and Frustrating Experience

Express used to be my go-to for affordable and cute clothing. Their customer service was always great, and they were always willing to help me with any issues I had. However, my recent experience with their phone customer service representatives has left me beyond upset and frustrated.

I had spent hours saving tabs on my phone of companies, places, and businesses that I needed to contact by the end of January 2022. I trusted the Express customer service representative to help me with the problems I was having with my order. She told me that we needed to "troubleshoot" so that I could receive my discount. I followed her instructions, but next thing I knew, my entire browser history was deleted. She did not warn me that this would happen, and I lost all the tabs I had saved.

When I asked for a supervisor, they told me that this was how they trained their employees to troubleshoot. They did not have to tell me that they were deleting the history on my phone. As a 60-year-old, I am not as familiar with computers as younger generations. I did not grow up with them, and I do not know how to troubleshoot or change my settings.

Express offered me a $20 credit on my next purchase, but this does not make up for everything I lost. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and how they handled this situation. I hope they can improve their training and communication with their customers in the future.

Express Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Express Store: A Review

Express is a store that I have had mostly good experiences with, but my recent purchases have been a bit of a hassle. I placed an order late one night and realized that one item was a size petite. I tried to cancel the order, but I couldn't find where to do it online. I called customer service and was on hold for 10 minutes. While I was waiting, I decided to purchase the same items again, but with the correct size. I thought it would be easy to cancel the first order, but I was told that it was already being processed. I was impressed with how quickly they were fulfilling orders, but it was frustrating that I couldn't cancel it in time.

So, I ended up with two orders coming my way, plus one that I had placed a week prior and was already with me at home. I went to the nearest Express store to process all the return items, but their online web order return system was down. The young lady at the store gave me a bag and return slip and said it would be covered by Express. When I got home, I realized that not everything would fit in the bag. I emailed customer service about the issue at the store and the nightmare of having two orders, but they were not very helpful.

I shipped the returns back, but I wasn't sure what to do without direction. The returns were processed, but I was charged three $6.99 processing fees. I emailed customer service about the fees, but they were not very understanding. They said that no promises were broken and that I should just suck it up. I was disappointed with their response and felt like they didn't care about their customers.

Overall, I am turned off by Express now. The customer service was not helpful and the whole experience was a hassle. I hope that they can improve their service in the future.

Express Disappointing Experience at Express: Poor Customer Service and Return Policy

I recently visited Express at Valley View Mall Roanoke, VA to make some returns on 06/18/2019. I had all the tags on the merchandise and the receipts with me. However, the manager refused to give me a refund as it was one day over 60 days since I had made the purchase. I was really disappointed with the manager's attitude towards me. I have been a loyal customer of Express and have spent a lot of money at their store. But after this experience, I have decided never to shop at Express again.

I called customer service to complain about the manager's behavior. However, I had to wait for a long time on hold, listening to horrible on-hold music, before I could speak to a representative. The representative told me that the manager should have called customer service and processed the refund over the phone as a courtesy to me. I went back to the store and told the manager to handle the refund so that I could get my money back. However, she was very uncooperative and wasted over an hour of my time. She never apologized or thanked me for my patience.

This is not the first bad experience I have had with Express. On multiple occasions, I have been charged multiple times for the same transaction. On Black Friday, I ordered $400.00 worth of merchandise, but I received only two pieces of clothing that were clearly someone else's order. When I called customer service, they told me to return the merchandise to the mall immediately. I threatened to turn them in to the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB if they did not give me my money back. Finally, they refunded my money, but most of the merchandise I had ordered was sold out by then.

I have decided to shop at Macy's and Belk instead of Express. They have great return policies and never give me any hassles with orders. Also, White House Black Market's clothing is much more upscale than Express. I feel that Express is becoming cheaper and cheaper in terms of clothing quality. They do not have any imagination in design and all their clothing looks the same now.

In conclusion, I would not recommend shopping at Express. They treat their customers like trash and are very independent of their customers' needs. I am an independent shopper and will go elsewhere without any problem.

Express Avoid Express Store at All Costs: Scam, Poor Customer Service, and Unprofessional Practices

Express is a store that you should avoid at all costs. They will not give you your refunds unless you ask, and even then, they may keep your money. If you use a card and a gift card, they will not refund to your gift card when they cancel your order. If you don't notice this, you will never get your refund card or gift card. They love to sell you an item on sale, but then they won't ship it to you. They take it off sale and sell it to the people behind you later. Then they tell you "sorry lol." If you look while you're waiting to be refunded for the item they sold out of, you will see that they are still selling it on their website, same item, same size, same color. It's a total scam.

If you make their A-list, beware. They don't want you to get your rewards. And please don't use a gift card. You may never see your order, and it's your fault you got it on sale because now they ship to the ones that buy tomorrow when the sale is off. They tell you "sorry, out of this item" after holding your money they took from you. And when you call, it takes 3-5 days to get to corporate. You forget they will too and keep your money. Beware, don't order. It's a mom and pop handled type shop. My items are still for sale on express.com, still being sold to others getting their money, but they have never shipped mine, although they took my money 8 days ago and recharged me last night without my consent.

They will transfer you to customer service, make you think you were getting help, and then do nothing. They talk over you and call you by your first name. I just tried to cancel an order that they won't ship out and ask for my money that they went onto my card and charged last night without my consent. After over an hour, they said I need to send it to corporate to approve. Do not shop there. You will be mad with yourself, and you will waste hours and days with their practices.

They have done so much wrong. Did I mention they also had my only address on my last shipment but took a sticker and wrote a different address from mine on it and mailed it there? A lady I never would have met contacted me and told me she had it. That was a disgusting move to get a sticker when you have the only address already printed on the package. She said if it ever happens again, she will let me know because they are a real disgusting company, and I agree. They are the worst of the worst.

They owe me money on my gift card still, but they will not give it to you unless you call and make them. First, they will keep saying, "Let me ask my manager," 3-5 days scam. They keep saying it's on hold 3-5 days, but my gift card says 0 since I ordered because they took it all. But they like to keep your money if they can. If you don't mention your gift card refund when they lie and say they don't have your item that is currently still for sale on their site, they will keep your money if you don't notice they didn't put it back.

I told them I know of their practices, so they keep changing my number on the profile to go to someone there. They sent my order somewhere else. They deleted my account, and when I call from my number, it automatically transfers me to a message: "Thank you for calling 247 intouch. You have reached an unassigned number. Goodbye." It's a mom and pop run store, but I want my money back on my gift card. They are avoiding giving me my money back because they are mad I told them I know of their practices. They will steal your money if you don't beg for it. It's disgusting, unprofessional, retaliatory if you call them out, and they won't even give you your money. It's a horrible place to shop. I rate it -0. Don't shop there.

Express Express.com's Customer Service is Terrible - Charged for Undelivered Package

I recently made a purchase on Express.com for over $150 worth of merchandise, but unfortunately, my package was undelivered and I was charged for it. I reached out to customer service through email and phone calls, but was met with unapologetic and rude responses. I even had a live chat with Anthony, who was not helpful at all. In fact, it was the worst customer experience I have ever had!

During the live chat, I explained to Anthony that I had not received my items and had already been charged. I also mentioned that I had emailed customer service and received an unacceptable reply telling me to contact the shipper. This was really disappointing because when I tracked the shipment, it said that I should contact the sender. I was hoping that Anthony could help me out.

Anthony informed me that the package was coming back to Express because UPS wasn't able to deliver it. When I asked why, he said that there was no information on that and that it was a postal problem. I had already spoken to USPS, who was responsible for making the final delivery, and they stated that the address was incorrect. The zip code was wrong and should have been a different one. It seemed that the issue was with the sender providing the incorrect shipping address because I had provided the correct one.

Anthony told me that there was nothing they could do and that a refund would be provided once they received the order that was being sent back to them. I was really upset because I needed these items for an important event. When I asked if I could get the items back, he said that I would have to reorder. I was worried that I wouldn't get the correct size or the same price, but he said that I would need to call in for a voice agent to place the order for me to have the same value.

I also asked when I would be notified that the item was returned, but Anthony was unsure and said that it was in route. I was really frustrated and felt that he was being unhelpful. I expressed my disappointment with Express' customer service and was met with no remorse or sympathy.

Overall, my experience with Express was terrible. I was charged for items that I never received and was met with unhelpful and rude customer service. I would not recommend shopping with them.

Express Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with Express Online Shopping

So, there was this store near my house in Canada, and I gotta say, they had the best-fitting work shirt I've ever worn. But then, they up and left our area, leaving me shirtless and sad. For a whole year, I considered ordering online, but I was hesitant because of the US conversion and duties. But eventually, I just couldn't take it anymore. My other shirts were getting ragged, and I needed that perfect fit back in my life.

So, I went to the Express website and placed my order. I was a little taken aback by the price, but I was willing to pay for quality. And, to my surprise, my order arrived pretty quickly. However, when I opened the package, I realized that some of the items were missing.

I immediately contacted customer service to see if there was another shipment on the way, but they told me there wasn't. So, I let them know that I was missing some items, and they said they would ship them right away. But, two days later, I got an email saying that they couldn't send the missing items because they were out of stock. They told me to choose a similar item instead.

I wasn't too happy about this, so I contacted customer service again to see if they could help me out. But, they told me that they couldn't do anything because I was outside of the US. So, I asked for a refund for the missing items and the duties I had paid. But, they refused to refund the duties and accused me of lying about not receiving the items. They said they were only refunding me out of the goodness of their hearts.

I was pretty upset about the whole situation. I had waited so long to order from Express, and I didn't even end up getting the items I wanted. All I got were two very expensive sweaters. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Express again.

So, if you're thinking about ordering from Express, be careful. Make sure you double-check your order when it arrives, and don't expect much help from customer service if something goes wrong. Buyer beware!

Express Mixed Experience with Express.com: Positive Shopping, Frustrating Customer Service and Billing Issues

I was in need of some new clothes for my new job, so I decided to check out express.com. I placed my order online and was excited to use a coupon I had found for a discount. However, when I received my order, I noticed that I had only received half of the discount from the coupon. I was a bit confused, so I decided to contact customer service to see what was going on.

The customer service representative informed me that the discount couldn't be applied to sale items, which was why I had only received half of the discount. I was a bit disappointed, but I understood. However, I still wanted to speak with a supervisor to see if there was anything that could be done. I waited on hold for about 10 minutes, but unfortunately, I was disconnected before I could speak with anyone.

I decided to call back and try again. This time, the representative I spoke with was very understanding and offered to give me expedited shipping at no charge because I was so upset. She informed me that it would take about 5 business days for me to see the $15 credit on my account.

The next day, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $38.49 on my debit card. I was very confused and upset, so I contacted express.com to see what was going on. They informed me that the charge was because one of the dresses I had ordered was being shipped out separately. However, I had already paid for this dress, so I didn't understand why I was being charged again.

They told me that the funds were on hold to make sure I had enough money on my card since the dress was being shipped out separately. They assured me that the charge would fall off my account in 5 days and that there was nothing further that could be done.

I was very frustrated with this situation, especially since I order from Amazon all the time and they never have billing disputes like this. I decided to contact my bank and inform them that the charge was unauthorized. I also blocked express.com from having access to my debit card anymore since they had lost my trust.

Overall, I do like the clothes from express.com and have had positive experiences shopping in their stores. However, I would advise others to stay away from shopping on their website unless they enjoy being aggravated and overcharged. From now on, I will only shop in their stores and will never use my debit card again.

Express Express: A Review of Canceled Orders and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I've been shopping at Express for a while now, but lately I've been having some serious issues with canceled orders. I mean, I get it, sometimes things happen and orders have to be canceled, but this is getting ridiculous. I went through my email a few months back and found 17 canceled orders. SEVENTEEN! That's a lot, right? I thought so too. But it gets worse. I kept shopping, thinking maybe it was just a fluke, but now I'm up to 29 canceled orders. And that's not even counting the ones my husband and son have had canceled on their accounts.

Here's the thing - it seems like every time there are rewards or coupons involved, items get canceled. And that's not fair. I mean, if I'm legally using rewards or coupons, why should my order get canceled? It's not my fault that Express can't handle their own promotions. And there's no rhyme or reason to it - sometimes entire purchases get canceled, and sometimes they just pick and choose which items to cancel. And don't even get me started on the shipping. I've had to pay $8.00 for shipping on a single lipgloss because other items were deleted from my purchase. That's straight-up stealing from consumers, if you ask me.

And don't even bother contacting customer service. They're the worst. I've had my rewards stolen and been berated by customer service reps who clearly have no idea what they're doing. I've gotten conflicting answers in the same email thread, and it's just a mess. I'm seriously considering starting a website where people can post screenshots of their canceled orders from Express. I can't be the only one who's sick of wasting hours putting together outfits or school clothes, only to have pieces of my purchase canceled for no reason.

Honestly, something about Express's whole structure just doesn't feel right to me. It's like they're stuck in the past or something. I don't know. All I know is that I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I bought some stuff from Express (express.com) using my Express card about two years ago. I moved to a new place and had my mail forwarded to my new address. However, I never received any bill or notification of money owed. Fast forward to two years later, I started receiving spam calls repeatedly for two days. When I called back, I was told that I was being sued and taken to court. They said that my wages would be garnished, and I had to pay $3,000 plus their court and legal fees, or else a warrant would be issued. They even got hold of my father's cell phone number and started harassing him, which is not cool at all.

I admit that forgetting about the bill was my mistake, but what they did was totally uncalled for. First of all, turning a $150 debt into $3,000+ or threatening me with a lawsuit is a major overkill. Secondly, the card has been cancelled for a while now, so why are they still bothering me? Thirdly, obtaining the phone number of my relatives is illegal, and they should know better. Fourthly, lying to me about wage garnishing is also illegal, and they can't just do that. Fifthly, not sending me any notifications or possibly sending them to the wrong address is poor business practice. Lastly, threatening me with lawsuits over a $150 debt when they had my phone number on file the whole time and never called me is just ridiculous.

It's a shame that a good store like Express has turned so nasty over my mistake of forgetting a small debt to them. I was more than willing to pay until they started getting illegal. I'm now contacting a lawyer to sort this out.

Express Express Clothing: Great Style, Terrible Customer Service

I've been a customer of Express for a good 3 years now and I've spent a few thousand dollars on their clothes. But lately, I've been really upset with their customer service. With the Corona Virus shutting down stores, I asked if they could offer free online returns like most other retailers are doing. But they refused. So I asked if I could combine my returns from multiple orders and ship them back in one box to save on shipping costs. But they said they would charge me $6.99 for each return! What kind of nonsense is that?

And when I asked if they could lower my monthly payment because my new job was delayed due to Corona, they were so rude to me on the phone. They blamed me for ordering too much from them and said there was nothing they could do. These are just my recent complaints. In the past, I've been charged double by salespeople and they've returned my items but forgot to refund my card. And when I called to fix the mistake, they wouldn't do it over the phone. I had to drive 2 hours back to the store to fix THEIR mistake.

It's a shame because I really love the style of Express clothes and I always get compliments when I wear them out. But once stores open back up, I'm returning the stuff I don't want and cutting up my store card. There are plenty of other shops out there with cool and trendy clothes. Express needs to train their people to be more friendly and less hostile.

Express Express Online Shopping Review: Slow Shipping, Missing Items, and Coupon Frustration

I gotta say, Express is not my favorite place to shop online. I've been a regular customer for a while now, and I've spent almost $2K on orders in the past couple of months. But let me tell you, the shipping and delivery times have been slow as molasses. And to make matters worse, every single order I've received has been missing items that I was charged for! Can you believe that? It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I did talk to one representative who was somewhat helpful, but it turns out that most of the items I was missing were completely sold out and would never be back in stock. That's just ridiculous. I hate shopping online because it feels like you're always competing for the same items. One minute it's in your cart, and the next it's gone. There's no first come, first serve basis. It's like a free-for-all, and it's total bull$#*!

But wait, there's more. Express advertises coupons online that don't even work, and they send out coupons in the mail that don't work online either, even if they say they do. And when you call customer service for help, they can't do $#*! to assist you! They can't apply the coupon you're trying to use, and they can't make any adjustments to your order because it's already been processed. I've been on the phone waiting for over 40 minutes, and they still can't help me out. It's like they're saying, "You just gotta know how to shop!" Well, excuse me, but I don't have time for that nonsense.

I'm done with Express. This is definitely going to be the last time I support this company. It's not worth my time or money. I'll be returning everything I've ordered and taking my business elsewhere. And you can bet I'll be spreading the word about how rude, incompetent, and less-than-poor-quality-service ripoffs they are!

Express Express: From a Go-To Store to a Disappointing Experience

I've been shopping at Express for a long time, like since the 90's. But lately, I've been getting a lot of spam emails from them about price markdowns and clearance sales. It's like they're trying to get rid of their inventory or something. And some of the clothes and shoes I've bought from them recently feel cheaper than before. It's like they're using cheaper materials or something.

Anyway, my most recent experience with Express has really made me reconsider them as one of my go-to stores for a quick, stylish choice. I bought a pair of shoes online and then realized I had a gift card I wanted to use. So I contacted Express within an hour of placing the order to see if I could add the gift card or cancel and reorder. But they told me I had to contact the distributor of the shoe to process a refund. That seemed weird to me, but I did it anyway. I had to log in to my Express account to see who the distributor was, which was Journee Collection. When I contacted them, they told me it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been shipped. I was frustrated, but I figured it wasn't the end of the world.

Then I contacted Express again, this time by email, to ask if I could return the shoes to a store instead of shipping them back. They said yes, so I drove 20 minutes to the nearest Express store. But when I got there, they told me I couldn't return the shoes in-store and that there should be a return label in the shoe box. I was even more frustrated at this point. So I drove back home and opened the shoe box, which I had never opened before. And guess what? There was no return label in there. So even Express employees don't seem to know how to assist their own customers.

I emailed Journee again to ask how to return the shoes, and they told me I had to ship them back to Utah and cover the cost of shipping myself. I couldn't believe it. Seriously, Express? This is how you treat your customers? I'm done with them. I can't believe that this is where they are as a brand.

Express Express Clothing Review: Cute Clothes, But Customer Service Needs Improvement

So, I ain't a big fan of Black Friday shopping, so I decided to treat myself to some cool clothes from Express before the Thanksgiving madness. They had a sweet deal going on with everything being 50% off, so I was pretty excited. But then, my order got stuck in processing and I didn't hear anything back from them for a few days. I even got an email saying that they were swamped with orders and it might take some time.

I was getting pretty antsy, so I decided to give them a call and see what was up. They told me that they hadn't even received my order yet, but they could still honor the 50% off deal. By this point, though, a lot of the stuff I wanted was already sold out in my size. And since my order was still processing, there was still a chance that it might go through and I'd miss out on the sale.

I called back a few days later and finally got someone who could help me place my order and still get the discount. But when I told her that a lot of the stuff I wanted was already gone, she tried to tell me that there were even better things available now. Which was a total lie, because they hadn't added anything new and a lot of stuff was missing sizes and colors.

I was pretty frustrated by this point, so I asked to speak to a manager. I talked to Jossyln, but she just backed up the employee and didn't really offer any apologies or discounts. It was like they didn't even care about all the inconvenience I'd gone through.

Overall, I gotta say that Express has some cute clothes, but their customer service is seriously lacking. They need to step up their game if they want to stay in business.
