I've been tryin' to return somethin'. First, the website wouldn't let me download a return label. Then, I emailed 'em a bunch of times to fix the problem, but I haven't heard back at all. I just wanna return the item and get my money back.

I thought I'd get both pairs before Christmas, which was like 7 weeks away. But guess what? I haven't received any boots or heard anything from those guys. I tried reaching out to Topshop, but they told me I didn't even order anything from them. Can you believe that? I had to go and complain to *** about it.
