June 7, 2022. I didn't get no order confirmation. I ain't got the product. I've been trying to reach someone in the company but no luck! I want my $81 back.

I've been tryin' to return somethin'. First, the website wouldn't let me download a return label. Then, I emailed 'em a bunch of times to fix the problem, but I haven't heard back at all. I just wanna return the item and get my money back.

So, I ordered these two pairs of boots from Topshop CO.Ltd in early November. I did it through *** and they took the money out of my checking account on November 6. I thought I'd get both pairs before Christmas, which was like 7 weeks away. But guess what? I haven't received any boots or heard anything from those guys. I tried reaching out to Topshop, but they told me I didn't even order anything from them. Can you believe that? I had to go and complain to *** about it.
