So, I went to Gap Factory's website (gapfactory.com) to check out their clothes. I gotta say, they got some pretty good deals on there. I ended up buying a few things for myself and my family. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth.
However, I made the mistake of not unchecking the box for email promotions. And let me tell you, they do not stop. I'm getting bombarded with at least 3 emails a day. I've tried unsubscribing multiple times, but they just keep coming. It's a shame because I really like their clothes, but the constant emails are a major turn off.

Disappointed with Gap Factory's Lack of Communication and Uncertainty
I just gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience ordering from Gap Factory. I was really excited to snag a hoodie on sale, but man, the lack of communication was a real bummer. Anyway, I'm not saying I'll never order from Gap Factory again, but I definitely won't be counting on them for any last-minute purchases. If you're not in a rush and don't mind a little uncertainty, then go for it. But if you need something ASAP, maybe look elsewhere.
