never received payment for items I sold
I've been ripped off by vinted! I trusted that I would always be paid just as long as the customer received their item and was satisfied with their order. I was wrong! I estimate that they owe me approximately $100 and the only way to contact them is through email. So I tried fixing the issue through emailing customer service and all it has been is a huge headache. I will no longer sell through vinted! They need to pay up or at least have a contact pho e number.

Si go la norma les explico que pasa y mando fotos, me manda vinted un mensaje diciendo que lo siente, el segundo mensaje que mande mas fotos, yo mando mas fotos y direccion the la tienda y telefono donde ha sido provado el anillo, hoy me manda otra reprencentante este mensaje awui tiene una copia

Please talk to your seller about the situation and then decide which solution works best for you:
➢Your seller can refund you without you returning the bundle back. If they agree to do that, simply reply to this message with a screenshot of the message confirming that.
➢ Your seller can reimburse you for those damaged/not as described items outside the Vinted, for example through PayPal. Once they refund you for them, we can release your payment for the seller.
➢You can return the whole bundle back in order to receive a full refund. If that is your decision, you will have to provide us with the return tracking number and a copy of the receipt within 5 days.
Here are some ways you can return the package:
➢ You can purchase the return shipping label online at USPS.com.
➢ You can get the shipping label at your post office, **don't forget to ship the package with tracking.**
Currently, we don't have the ability to reimburse buyers for purchases made outside our payment system -- including shipping labels -- so that's why we refund your "original" shipping cost instead. If you'd like to return the item for a full refund, you don't need to wait for your seller's approval.
As soon as I receive a photo of your receipt showing the tracking number and the tracking shows it has been scanned, I'll issue a refund.

Sold 2 very rare vintage pieces and was never given my money by vinted eve though i recieved a 5 star review from both customers. This company is highly fraudulent. Ive had nothinh but issues getting paid and its not the buyers its the company. They refuse to speak to me on the phone to resolve and attemted to get me t sell my clothes saying i owed them money. Do not sell here. Run away. Report them to bbb. Loss my favorite clothes money and trust in people

Ordered some stuff from Vinted in the past and loved the site! Recently I wanted to order some items but I could not log into my account. When I contacted Vinted customer service they said that my account was blocked! I asked for some explanation but they did not reply. No one ever explained what happened, they just blocked me and that's all! I never did anything wrong and in my opinion there was reason for blocking me! I'm very disappointed with Vinted!
terrible quality item
I have ordered a pair of beautiful heels from a seller on www.vinted.com. The seller provided me several pictures and shoes looked brand new and the price was also great. When I received the shoes I was shocked! Quality was very poor and shoes looked terrible! The seller actually used old photos when they were still new. What a scam! One shoe had no heel at all! Tried to contact the seller but there was no response, then I decided to ask Vinted for help, but they did not reply either and provided no help! Don't buy from this site, it is dangerous for buyer and their wallets!
the worst app ever!
I have been an online shopper for years. So I decided to try Vinted and joined the site. I joined Vinted and made my first sale, an authentic Prada bag, recorded the packing and uploaded 10 pictures of it. Packed it nicely with a thank you note. Then this lady appears, she bought the bag but later asked for a refund because she was claiming the bag was not authentic! I contacted customer service and sent them proofs. They did not care at all, they just gave her money back. Complete scam! Still don't have my bag back!

I bought a bag from a seller on Vinted. The shipping was quite fast, but when my item arrived it was horribly damaged! There were strange stains all over it and two small holes. The original advertisement stated that the bag was brand new and it was in a perfect condition. But the bag I received definitely was not new. The information on their site stated that they guarantee money back if the item was damaged. Mine was certainly damaged, so I contacted Vinted costumer service and explained what happened. I also sent them pictures. Later I received a message from them stating they could not help me. They also said that I could try reselling the bag. How am I suppose to sell a damaged item? They also said that they could not return the money because the damage is not substantial enough! But it was written that the bag is new and I received a bag which was obviously used! Anyway they never replied again. I'm so angry!
no delivery at all
I registered on the website www.vinted.co.uk and bought some stuff from them, but these scammers only took my money and that’s all. They haven’t delivered order at all as well as they told me some ###, when I asked why it still hasn’t been sent. Total scam, so better don’t deal with them. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
they didn't provide money, but I sent dress
I sold the dress on the website www.vinted.com. I have no idea why, but the girl, who bought this dress didn’t inform the admins that she received the dress. These scammers informed me that I couldn’t get my money. I wasted dress and money as well, but these scammers refused to listen me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
I sold an item and vinted cancelled the order but the item was already on its way to the buyer. They buyer received it and I was never given the money for that item its now been 5 weeks and still no money... I thought maybe the item would ship back to me but it didnt and the buyer refuses to reply to me anymore that is theft! I want my money back!
So I never received my payment and the buyer said that it was delivered but she did not get it. How would I know where it is if i don't know if it's in transaction still or not. If i continue to have problems like this I will not use vinted anymore.
I've payed for some shoes but realised the seller last logged in a year ago! If she doesn't go on it often then how will I receive my item?

Crystalee222 and I entered into a purchase agreement for approx. 420.00 for a bundle of 5 outfits, of which I never reieved any limited edition VS Pink outfits at all. I do not know how to file a dispute with vinted. I guess I will have to take it to my bank.
My account was blocked this afternoon because they said I had a 4.95 refund for item and because I had received the item I had then I had to refund the lady which It is this morning but they stillswitched off account please can you tell me why it's stillblocked
i have had similar. Sent item said not received and didn't get either return of item or refund. There is no one to contact directly ie customer service.

Don’t waste your time on the website www.vinted.com. I sold some clothes on this website, but the moderators blocked my listings and after several days my account as well. I haven’t received money for the clothes and when I tried to reach moderators, no one replied. Total scam and waste of time. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Absolute joke of a company. Still now haven’t received my item and the tracking information is still on there for proof saying it hasn’t been delivered. Yet there’s nothing Vinted can do. SHOCKING do not recommend at all. Pictures to follow of how poorly they handle customer service.

I sold a book of Pokémon cards and buyer said items were water damaged and refused to send them back and Vinted said they did not have to return the items.
Bought ring on vinted, 11 August and received wrong size then been advertised .send back the ring to seller, and seller haven’t marked as received, ignored my messages, Vinted said in two days of delivery will issue refund now it’s already five days and still haven’t heard anything
I bought an item that was incorrectly listed and the seller admitted this. Vinted are making send the item back and pay postage despite paying for Buyers Protection.
Exactly the same happened to me!
Been on vinted for months and loved it right up until a few weeks ago when a couple of my LEGIT items were flagged as counterfeit and stated they could only be shown with more pics ... Well that wasn't too difficult, sent a couple more pics and voila they were listed.
Three days ago I listed another branded item which again went through the third party automated validation checks. This lasted longer than usual
Woke up next morning to check my account and boom! Account suspended for a month. What makes it worse is the message I received stated that I had listed counterfeit items and therefore my account is blocked for a month...that is unless I provide further proof
Thing is, I have followed all of their stupid guidelines in respect of multiple angles shots, labels, stitching and care tags yet no this is still not good enough
Like most people I don't have the receipts or original packaging as at the time I didn't think oh I'm gonna sell this a few months down the line
It appears this verification algorithm is penalising legit sellers and is clearly just doing these blocks to show vinted 'hey look at me I'm working I have flagged an item' just to keep the developer of the third party software in business
I started off loving vinted but have grown to absolutely hate it in the matter of 3 days
It is day three now of sending in my further and still no response from their useless 'Customer Service'
To them you are a number but if you as a seller rely on the extra cash three days of selling can hit hard in this current climate let alone a month!
Safe to say depop will now be getting my custom
They took my money and wouldn't let me withdraw it. I provided them with my personal details to prove that I am the owner of the account but they still won't let me take my money and use the account.
I have now been asking for 6 days for a replacement shipping label as the parcel has been returned to me.
Why am I getting ignored.

I paid for an expensive bag which was sent via Inpost on 7 June 2023 Courier removed it. Inpost confirmed this as seen on CCTV. Vinted maintain it was delivered. After weeks of complaining and sending Inpost email confirming that it’s lost Vinted refuse to refund on 20 July
