The customer service is terrible! They don't care about their customers.

Beach Bunny has this cool program where the more money you spend, the better rewards you get. I spent a good amount in 2020 and was excited to get my reward. But guess what? I didn't receive it! So, I decided to reach out to Beach Bunny and ask them what's up. They told me that they didn't send out any VIP boxes in 2020, even though they were still advertising it on their website. Bummer, right?

Now, let me tell you about my experience in 2019. I actually got a VIP box that year, complete with awesome gifts and a $500 gift card for Beach Bunny. It was amazing! So, naturally, I wanted to know what was going on for 2021. I contacted Beach Bunny again and asked about my status for this year. They told me that as long as I made a purchase, I would keep my status from the previous year. No need to spend over $6000+ again to achieve it. That's pretty cool, but here's the thing - they never notified me about this program change. Not cool, Beach Bunny!

Luckily, I have screenshots of my conversations with Beach Bunny about both the 2020 and 2021 rewards. It's always good to have proof, you know?

I bought a bunch of stuff from Beach Bunny for my vacation. I returned two items according to their policy, within the time limit they mentioned. I made sure to keep the original tags on and not wear them because the company takes forever to answer phone calls. I put both items in one box for the returns and exchanges. But now, they won't give me a refund of $332.50 for those two items. They already confirmed that they received the goods, so basically, they're stealing my money and making up excuses not to give it back. They're breaking their own policy, not acting in good faith, and being dishonest and tricky. The only reason they won't refund me is because the items didn't have the right return label, even though they got all the items I sent back. Can you please help me sort this out and get my money back for the stuff I don't have anymore?

We paid $225 plus tax and shipping for a bathing suit, and a piece of the bathing suit came apart and was lost. Please find attached photos indicating the small gold piece with screw-on end. As shown, one of the screw-on ends came loose and is missing. I sent a friendly email to Beach Bunny requesting a replacement part be mailed. I wasn't asking that it be covered under warranty and offered to pay for the part and shipping, although most people would cover such a small thing. The bathing suit is not usable without it. A Beach Bunny representative responded by email stating that they don't keep extra parts and refused to help. All we got from them was a "sorry for the inconvenience." This is unacceptable for the high end prices they charge. I would expect better customer service and response. This company doesn't stand by its products. Please find attached a copy of the email chain with Beach Bunny. I'm sorry to trouble you and sincerely appreciate your help with this dispute.

I bought a bikini from Beachbunnyswimwear online on Jan 23, 2023. I tried contacting the company many times to cancel because it was taking too long. They said it was on back order (they didn't say that when I bought it) and they couldn't cancel it even if it hadn't shipped yet. They said I just had to receive it and then return it. Finally, I got the item last week on March 1st, but it was the wrong size. I tried to return it online, but it said I can't return it. I called the company many times at different times, emailed, and sent chat messages explaining the problem and letting them know I'm not past the deadline. They emailed me back saying I'm past the deadline, but I'm not. I asked them to please call me so they can understand I just got it, but it's clear nobody cared to check or call me. This company is so frustrating to deal with. I paid $339.30 for Order#***.

I wanted to buy a swimsuit online, but when I checked out, I got two bottoms instead of a top and bottom. I tried calling, emailing, and texting the business, but they didn't respond at all. I wanted to fix the issue or cancel my purchase, but after about two hours, they emailed me and said they couldn't cancel or fix it because it was already shipped out. I know that was a lie. I told them I would return both items when I received them because their service was so awful. When I got the product, there was a postcard in the package saying that nothing worn could be returned. I opened the package to check the tags and contacted them for a return. Once again, they didn't answer anything. Finally, I got a response saying that the items were final sale. Not only was I forced to buy them, but now I have to keep them. This company is terrible. I looked on their website and they have so many bad reviews. They shouldn't be allowed to rip people off.

I've spent thousands of dollars at Beach Bunny because they have a rewards system. They told me to send pictures of my receipts, which I did. I also have points on their site ***. They promised me a free bikini top with *** points, and I have enough points for it. However, they won't honor this promise. It's false advertisement and it's been really stressful for me. I've sent so many emails and tried contacting them through chat and their stores, but no one will help me. I bought the matching bottoms months ago. On their site, it says I can transfer points from separate accounts, but I only have one account. Not only will they not give me the points I've already earned, but they also won't honor the rewards system I've accumulated over the summer. I didn't even know they had a loyalty program! I've been a loyal customer since they opened almost 20 years ago! Today, I was hung up on by ***, the manager. She told me that stores are closing down and she can't get in touch with corporate either! I just asked her to send me my bikini top, it's been months! I already have the matching bottoms! I paid $155 plus tax for them, but they won't let me return it! I had to drive there twice because I was told they had a bathing suit coverup in my size and they were holding it for me. When I got there, the place was closed! There was a clock that said "be back soon!" I drove over 2 and a half hours with a frustrated feeling in my back! When the girl finally showed up, it was almost closing time and she didn't have the item on hold for me! I've spent thousands, thousands! And I can't believe I'm being treated like this! I spent more money thinking I was going to level up and get free bathing suits! It's false advertisement! They're conning us! Buyers, be aware!
