My name is Stephen Duncan. I have been trying to find a person to talk to, not just write this complaint. My wife, Brittney Duncan, has worked there for almost 6 months now. I have seen myself how she talks to/ treats her on a daily basis! It's beyond disrespectful! I have never seen her boss working. She, my wife, comes home crying about how this lady screamed and deviled her in front of customers; daily. Please look into this woman, who is the General Manager of Fort Smith, AR Village Inn restaurant. Her name is Amber and she doesn't need to have that "power".
