Tour was to meet at the statue in a plaza in Lisbon, we were there at the prescribed time but the tour had already started. There was no method to communicate with the Lisbon tour company only the parent company located in New York and /or London by the time we were able to get someone the tour was at the first stop, we received information via an email for an address where to join them, a few minutes later the tour had moved on to the second stop, I requested someway to directly contact the local operator which was denied, we were 2 stops behind in a very difficult city to navigate and no one to guide us so I asked for a refund, they denied to refund or help us further. Offered to reschedule for $35 each on another date. We were on a cruise with 10 hours in port. once they have your money locked up, 'to bad'! They had our $489.84
