I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years in total. I contacted Verizon at least 10 times via phone and chat, but the issue remains unresolved. I have screenshots and call logs showing my attempts. "I called Verizon to upgrade my phone and add two lines. At the time of the sale, they promised me the NFL ticket and a $200 gift card. I accepted. I did not hear anything back in over a week then I called. They said it takes about a month for it to kick in. I waited a month and called back and was told that I was not elegible for the promotion because I didn't upgrade my plan. The original person that sold me the plan and promised the promotion, did not upgrade the pan to get me the promotions. It is now over a month, and I am not elegible for a refund. They bait and switched me. On a scarier note, they DO NOT enter notes! They are trained to tell you they will take ownership and "I" will help you and so on, but they do not. Something is going on with these customer service reps. They even told me they called me and when I looked at my call log, they did not! Lying is very unethical. A company that does not enter notes, cannot go back to the voice recordings is very nefarious! Be aware of these unethical practices. This has caused significant financial strain and frustration due to the hours spent on the phone while missing work. I hope Verizon addresses these unethical practices promptly and improves its resolution process.
Desired outcome: A full refund!
