Sir : I have spent Countless hours trying to resolve this proble3m with the VERIZON customer "service" people in Kingman, AZ .

We have a simple plan , with Internet service attached .

We have been Business Customers fo YEARS.

I keep getting the run around . We did not authorize these kind of charges. We were told NOT to return the old Router, that apparantly , we have been charged for.

The Personel in KINGMAN, AZ seems cluelass and have wasted our time over SEVEN office visits.

Absolutely Ridiculous.

Please refund these charges so we may continue to be Customers . I suppose the countless lost hours are just that . Lost.
