Churchill informed me that I could not get any credit for the 2 cell phones, I am like "what" so I wanted the iphone 15promax mr. Jordan said he didnt have any in stock nothing was in stoke except for what he had there so, I hand him all the money, then he handed me 2 boxs the ulta samsung galxy s25 theniphone 15 pro, took them home and the ultra just took it out of the box and tried to charge them to no avail, I immediately called the corporate office tech he 3 pops the ultra over heated I reported to verizon then the that same night I told the manager at cellar cells I wanted my money back im still in my 30 day window his response why and no, then I put verzion and the cellar sale both on the phone they both said no I would like to have my refund back no
