Verizon review: The worst ever

Absolutely the worst customer service i have experienced in my lifetime. Waited on a phone that they knew needed to be shipped but never shipped it. Ausirion is my best bet to help me get out of this full circle of [censored]. It's like i'm kidnapped by Verizon and i just need the transfer to Asurion so i can escape the absolute failed customer service known to man. But you better bet they tried to sell me a phone. Horrible! i still haven't had the problem resolved and im heading to the store tomorrow. Wish me luck because they're the ones that told us to call. Doing everyones job!
