All year 2025 Verizon has not done anything to improve my service. The problem is at times I don’t receive calls, and the caller would have to text me whether it’s for business or personal i. e. death in my family. No problems with scammer’s though! In addition the old Verizon gave me loyalty & senior discounts; I’m 75. The new Verizon doesn’t really have a senior discount but gave me something, then reneged. Had to complain to them to restore. The bill is about $175 a month.
The interventions were terrible. AI text messaging which I refuse. When I do get a person it’s the same 45-60 minute thing which involves using my landline. In addition they never read previous notes, leaving me to rehash the issue, the “same” issue. When I discuss their abrupt increasing my bill it was like pulling teeth. They don’t care; poor service, high bill.
Desired outcome: I just want my phone that I’m still paying for since June 2024 to work.
