Verizon review: change of phone plans

Upgrade of Verizon Unlimited plan about $130.00, was the amount I was paying (around Nov 8, 2019) for my plan. I was told I could upgrade with Senior Plan with two lines for less money. The only difference, no Hot Spot. Clarence the representative at the Fleming Island Store, told me the new plan with senior discount, He said my next bill would be about $40.00 more like $170.00. then it would drop down to under $130.00. Also he told me the internet in my (Hum) vehicle would be only an additional $8.00 per month. Come to find out the next month bill is over $300.00 and my monthly bill is going to be about $180.00. I cannot afford an additional $60.00 per month for my phone. I want refund and reduce my plan and I don't want the Hum it $25.00 extra a month. I called customer the were no help, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do.I was deceived and lied to by the Verizon Saleperson. My Name is Dale Warren [protected] Email: [protected]@aol.com
