Verizon review: Billing practices

Someone ordered 2 new Apple Cell Phones getting through their security department.
I called to have those to 2 Apple Cell Phones disconnected. Their management wants over $3,000 from me to disconnect the phones. Now these S.O.B., are making international calls and crooks Verizon is charging my account.
They cut off my phone and other devices service twice. The second blowing my Jetpack and Verizon refuses to replace my Jetpack!
I'm refusing to pay anymore for international calls.
I Verizon, had put a no international call allowed on those 2 cell. Now my bill is over $600, more than half my social security check per month.
New time they shut off my cell services I will disconnect my services from Verizon! I've been their customer over 23 years.
And their AI is worse services and should be dunked immediately!
