I cancelled my account with Verizon in Oct 2025. They have continued to bill me ever since I have cancelled my account. I have spoken to representatives at Verizon customer help who apologized and said they would be crediting back the charges, but I still have not recieved anything and they are still sending me bills. My account nu8mber is [protected]-00001

Desired outcome: provide the credit for the month that were charged and stop charging my account and sending me bills. This is theft and fraudulent
