I’ve been very dissatisfied with Verizon business service. I’ve been complaining since March 2025 when I change my service over from AT&T because of promises of Verizon to take care of every issue I would have and I’ve wrote letters to the Better Business Bureau. I’ve contacted customer service. I’ve made many trips to the Verizon business store, and they didn’t have a clue what to do. I’ve contacted the lady Jeanetta McClure just about every day since we started having issues with the phone service. They finally got the Internet working and landline working, had to let Fax line go cause Jeanette could figure out, nor would she come or send a tech out, they won’t do nothing about the handset phones, that we carry around in our business or in the warehouse when we can’t be upfront to hear the phone ringing. so no telling how many phone calls I’ve lost, not being able to be upfront at all times to sit and wait for a phone call and I’ve texted her again today. Starting back in February 2025 we changed our business phone services from AT&T. It’s been a nightmare ever since we were adamant on keeping our fax line for we don’t emails, which never happened and I have a equipment sitting here that’s useless. We’re not on computers. We have two handsets we wanted too carry them around from warehouse to warehouse, they are useless, because we can only make calls, but not receive any. So it doesn’t do us any good to carry around while we work or anywhere. We have two desk phones they ring if it s for my husband, he has to come my office or I have to go to his office, which is very inconvenient And we lose a lot of calls if we have to be in the warehouse or upfront if we can’t get back to our desk in time to answer the phone. Your sales representative has done nothing I’ve been texting her since February only to receive nothing no information I’ve made numeral visits to the Verizon store. I’ve been on the phone hours at a time with Verizon, and it’s been awful. I have writen needing you that to get a technician to come to my place of business and take care of these phones for me unhappy very unsatisfied would never go back with you.
