Valero review: no admittance bathroom

The bathrooms at your franchise located at
18001 Franjo Rd. Plmetto Bay Florida. 33157
Are always broken.. No matter the day, week, or month the various cashiers always have the same response when asked for the Bathroom key, "oh I'm sorry burg the bathrooms just broke earlier today..
An obvious Lie.. They serve food at their little Cuban Cafe inside the station and all I want to do is wash my hands before I eat..
This is a shameful practice for your franchisee.
I'm submitting this complaint to your Coporate Office so that Corporate could rectify this unprofessional and possibly "illegal" practice..
I will be returning from time to time to see if the bathrooms are available to the patrons of this Valero franchise..
