On 24 February 2026, eDreams Prime charged me £99.99 for a renewal I cancelled the same day. After my bank blocked their first attempt on my Monzo card, they bypassed my security by "hunting" for and charging a secondary credit card without my permission.
This is a recurring pattern of abuse. Last year they made cancellation impossible and forced a travel credit on me instead of a refund. Despite today's immediate cancellation and no benefits being used, they are refusing a refund by citing "policy" over the UK statutory 14 day cooling off period.
I have now initiated a formal bank dispute and reported them to the authorities. Avoid this company. They will bypass your bank blocks to take your money and then ignore your legal rights.
