I had a problem with fraud on my checking account. Ther site offers a chat system that is totally unresponsive. The chat function continuously asks you to rephrase the question and finally claims to be connecting you with a person. After a few minutes you get a message saying xxx is connecting followed by a message saying xxx is disconnecting less than a second later. Moving to the phone is another game of guess what I want with their automation bott. This company is no longer interested in any interaction with its customers. And the fraud complaint. Well, I'm just out the 3K. This company used to be so much better when it was run by someone with a military background,

USAA contacted me and told me a check from my account was found on the dark web. USAA suggested I open a new checking account and move my money out of the compromised account. USAA will not allow me to close the compromised account for a period of time. A few days they cashed the check they claim they say on the dark web. I again tried to close the account but then refused. The day after a new check was cashed by USAA for almost 3K. They listed it as an overdraft and charged my credit card with them the full amount. I called them again and got put on hold until my cell phone ran down. Never a call back, never an email or text. They just really don't care.
