I have never had a card declined ever. Have used Chase - business and Amex business from Amazon - ZERO PROBLEMS... And with this crap US BANK my card gets declined 3 times in a row! I call to find out WHAT is going on - am on hold for 20 minutes.
I am terribly disapoointed in Amazon and US Bank - you guys need to get your act together or go away for good!
