I called to let them know that my Social Security Retirement primarily is deposited on the 3rd of every month and that my rent money CAN NOT be transferred until the 5 of every month. Now someone transferred the money on the 1st of the month. I don't know who's in charge of doing that but since customer service is out of india I'm getting no where. $344.00 is what is tranferred every month.

Desired outcome: Make sure the money is transferred on the 5th of very month.
