UPS review: So sad

Growing up my grandparent’s business had incoming and outgoing deliveries almost daily with UPS. They were great.
I receive items weekly that I need to review. If UPS is used for the shipping I know that…
1: I will receive it 2 to 3 days after the delivery date they give me.
2: More than likely it will be delivered somewhere else. Hoping for a close neighbor.
3: the box will be crushed, damaged, and/or possibly open.
I have had better experiences with the company Temu uses.
They used to have a great reputation for deliveries and known for being a great company to work for. That is gone.
Very sad.
