UPS

We ordered a bed for our son (who is a student at bu) to be delivered to store # 0983 bu west. I called ahead and gave them my contact information because I didn't know if the bed would arrive more than 5 days ahead of us. The manager said they would hold it no problem. Got there today and found out they returned it yesterday... He thought - to be honest I don't think the manager had a clue how to track anything without a tracking number. So our son has no bed to start school. Thanks a lot ups!
