UKSoccerShop review: Not trustworthy

If you live in the United States or any country outside of the UK, DO NOT order from this vendor. I ordered a Real Madrid training top. I ordered an XXL, but it was too big. They make you understand that they are more than willing to accept returns, but what they don't tell you is that they won't provide a return label to send the item back. They ask you to place another order, which I did. Probably a mistake on my part, but I won't dwell on it. The order is currently enroute to the US. I knew I was going to have a bad experience with these people, when they tried to scam me out of 13.89 USD by making me understand that once I make said payment, via PayPal, I will get further instructions to ship item back. Once payment was sent and received, they sent me a document to fill out to include in the package being sent back, but no return label. They finally informed me that I would have to pay for the shipping myself. I asked for my 13.89 USD back. They ignored my emails. Did not reply back. It was only when I opened a claim with PayPal, that I was able to get the 13.89 USD refunded back to me after an investigation by PayPal. I proceeded to get quotes from the major carriers, USPS, UPS & FedEx. Each was charging me over 200 USD to ship back a shirt that cost me 114.30 USD. Does that even make sense to do, to anybody with half a brain? Of course it doesn't. I am convinced these people knew this. They knew the cost to ship was outrageous and people would rather not return the item, forcing them to keep the item. I decided I will not return the item. I will keep it and donate it. If I can donate it to a needy person and it brings a smile to someone, that's ok with me. They can keep my money. All that said, I will do what I have to do, to make people aware of their shady dealings. I will bring attention to this vendor via the media here in the states. I will make people aware that this vendor is NOT trustworthy.
