It's been over a month since i ordered my soccer jersey . It was supposed to be 7 days . LR018904531NL tracking number does not exist anywhere in the tracking system . There is no record of my purchace in my UKSOCCERSHOP account . I have aleady paid for it and i'm sure i've been ripped off .i recieved this email 2 days ago .

I placed an order on Sunday 14tbmayfor manchester city 3rd kit I have waited over a week and the UK soccer shop say they don't recognise my order number. I cannot get through on the phone as the voice mail box is full. All I get from the company that took my order is they are not the retailer and cannot help. I do not recommend anybody places an order with uk soccer shop as I do not trust them at all don't bother. Steve manchester I

I ordered a soccer jersey on December 4th. It came a couple of days before Christmas. I ordered a personalized youth jersey in youth size Large and received a youth size medium. I tried to make an exchange for the correct size but customer service could only be reached via email; there was no number to call. The email correspondence was delayed and despite showing them the label on my shirt that said medium and my order form that says "large", they would not make the exchange claiming that the UK youth size large I ordered (I literally chose the "large" size from the drop down menu and my order form says UK youth size large) corresponds to a UK medium. There seemed to be absolutely NO reasoning to this; I ordered a size large and expected the jersey to say "large." If they want their "large" to correspond to "medium" dimensions, then it should be listed that way on the sizing drop down menu. Also, the personalized print color did not match the other print. Looked like a total fake. Spent $100 and was a total waste of money. Do NOT order from this shop. Inconsistent sizing, poor print quality, and extremely poor customer service.

I ordered an official Neymar Jersey for my son for Christmas 2022. The jersey sent looked good at first, but one of his friends pointed out the numbering was wrong on the jersey…the coloring was off and there was no outline. I reached out to the soccer shop, as I didn’t receive what I paid for. At first they responded, but then they stopped responding once they figured out my son had taken the tags off the jersey. My order number is 1529024.

I have ordered a package from this company on the 21th of november.

Today is the 17the of december and i still did not recieve anything.

When i get the track and trace it says the package is not moving since the 5th of december.

When i contact the delivery company they say they don't have my package.

When i contact the Uksoccershop the only reply i get is an track and trace and with that i have the do it.

I have had enough, i payed more then 100 euro and i have nothing.

Hi, this is the 5th or 6th time I have made contact with your company with little response recently. I ordered 3 items on Nov 14th and Im still waiting for these to be dispatched. I was told on a few occasions the 2 items that are in stock would be dispatched last week but this hasnt been done. I ordered these items before the world cup started wanting to wear these in Qatar. that's not materialized because 5 weeks on ive not got anything. Worse still, the communication has stopped. I appreciate its a busy time but other companies have managed to get things out on time. I also wouldnt expect to be waiting 5 weeks and counting. If this was the case then you were obliged to let customers know. What use are these items to me know when the cup is ending on Sunday. Im going to Qatar on friday for the final, if I get these before then then it goes some way to these being useful otherwise im going to have to buy these items when I get there. If these cant get to me before Friday then I would like a refund.

I ordered a football shirt for my friends birthday on 29th April. I then had an email telling me that they'd shipped the shirt on 5th May. It's not 25th May and the shirt still hasn't been delivered and they're unwilling to give me an update of where the shirt is or what has happened. I've emailed twice and called their number, where no one picks up. Impossible to get a refund or any idea where the gift is?! I've sent many packages to my friend (not from this store) and they've all got there, so this is bizarre. It seems like a very dodgy company to me and I would advise others to avoid! I paid £59.99 for the shirt and £14.75 for shipping (it said it would get there in 10 working days).

I placed an order on April 10th with expedited shipping and it was supposed to be a birthday present to a friend. I had to wait over a month for this to be shipped just to find out that the quality and material and the T-shirts didn’t match the advertised product at all and is made of a very cheap material. They also misspelled the name on it making it look a total fake but still made me pay too dollar for this and no refund and no returns are accepted by them. They are a total scam as I’m finding out more about it.

This issue has been unresolved for nearly 2 months now and it is really disappointing

I have purchased a Barcelona Away T-shirt for my little boy. Paid £90 incl the postage for it. T shirt arrived with a hole and a mark on it. I have emailed your customer services straight away, they asked me for a photo to show the hole and mark. I did email that over to them, They provided a free postage label for me to sent the T shirt back. Which I did and emailed them back straight away to follow up with next steps. Did not receive a reply for more than a week, I sent a follow up email again to find out what the next steps are, just to be asked if I have sent the T Shirt. I have replied and provided all the information, once again no reply for a week. I chased again, I was told 4 days later that you have a back log of returns and to allow until the middle of the week. I have contact you again in the end of the week, no reply, a week later no reply. 3 days later I have received an email to say you did not receive the shirt. Mind you this is not 2 months after I started this process. I have expressed my disappointment, that you are using the item not received card, and never heard back again.

I will really appreciate if I get a full refund for the shirt, I no longer require exchange, as I never have dealt with a company that is so so unprofessional. I have proceeded to create a social medial campaign to voice the bad service provided ( I am an legal executive at a major Marketing Company) and will not stop until resolution has been provided.

They irresponsibly dispatched an order after i cancelled it 48 hours prior to dispatch! Even after i received office correspondence in form of emails confirming the CANCELLATION!

I ordered a youth football kit for next day delivery (which I paid extra for) on 8 February 2022. It has still not arrived.

The company contacted me to say part of the order was out of stock so they would refund it if I didn’t want to wait for the item. I said I needed the item quickly so would take the refund and refund and order elsewhere.

When the main part of the order - an £85 football had still not arrived by 11 February I contacted the company who were no help at all, so I spoke to PayPal who I had paid though.

PayPal opened a case and investigated. UK Soccer Shop claimed to have tracking info but that does not show the top as delivered to me.

They also claim that PayPal have stopped them refunding for part of the order but PayPal confirm no attempt has been made for any refund, full or partial. The staff are rude and utterly unhelpful. I just want my money back for items not received

With reference to order number 1419426 on Wednesday 9th February 2022. Made a purchase for a birthday present, confirmation receipt showed personalised name incorrect and the website would not allow us to cancel said order. Multiple times we tried on multiple different devices. Their website needs some serious updating and they need to handle customer feedback better.

Placed an order (ID1412137) and the money was take on the

14-1-22 and received no goods as yet, nobody replies to emails, the phone number just puts you to an answerphone that you can’t leave a message because it is always full.

Don't ever do any business with this company! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before placing and paying for an order. Retro football shirt ordered and paid 12th of December 2012. Confirmation email received, still up today no item delivered or received any update regarding the order. I have sent email enquiry twice - no correspondence. Phone line rings, no answer and voice mail full. Feeling so cheated.

Shirt was bought and paid for 19th December, received email the next day stating order rejected, as low stock apparently a refund would hit my account in 3-5 days. It didn't. Emailed got a reply on the 30th, stating they had refunded me in full, checked my bank to find another seperate payment had been taken out! No refund, just helped themselves to my bank basically without my say so! Emailed since for them to say they have 100% sent the refund, they haven't! I'm still waiting, absolutely disgusting! Around £90 I'm waiting on, what a ridiculous company! They should be done for theft taking money without peoples consent!

Ordered a soccer shirt for my nephew for Christmas.Haven`t heard a word from the company.Tried to e-mail them but it says that they are unable to handle it at this time.What kind of bussiness operates this way?If they can`t deliver the product just say so and I`ll find it somewhere else.It was supposed to be a Christmas present but they have scrrewed that up.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased 3 soccer shirts for my grandsons & noticed I was charged $131.00 twice. I reached out to UKSS & got no response. When I contacted UKSS again they basically said, "Too bad. That's what you ordered." Then, 2 packages of shirts came in the mail. I messaged them here and got another "too bad, here's the email contact info." I was preparing to return one pkg, that, by the way, showed it only contained 2 shirts. I requested reimbursement for postage which I imagine they laughed hysterically at. Today, during the Christmas rush I took the pkg to the post office & waited in a VERY LONG line just to be told that it would cost $57.00 to ship. I went a cheaper route that still cost $44.00. Which was my loss, right? Because of UKSS's refusal to do the right thing. I would like to charge them for my time at the P.O., my gas, and the $26 bottle of wine I opened when I returned home to try to lower my blood pressure…silly me. I know!

Re Order No. 1313287 Placed on July 1, 2021 for two soccer shirts. Have not, to date, received the order, and have not been able to communicate with this company.
The Order consists of [protected] Germany Home Adidas Goalkeeper Shirt Model EH6098 Size Medium; and England Retro Goalkeeper Shirt Model TOFF S6066 Size Medium.

I am extremely and painfully disappointed with this service and your statement of "Sorry we are still waiting for the delivery, the delivery is expected next week" seems to not have any regret or sincerity. I am so so disappointed.

What is you head office contact details please because I've also tried to call the number listed on your website [protected]) numerous times but all I get is an automated message saying 'this mailbox is full, we cannot accept anymore messages'. Can you send me contact details Head office - either email or phone number would be greatly appreciated.

On Thursday 29 April, 2021 i purchased item, order number 1279016 and paid for International signed postage by Royalmail GB. I paid using my credit card.
Seller stated that shipping time was 10-15 business days, with note that delivery time may vary because of COVID19 restrictions. I did not receive my item even after 60 days, seller replies to my e-mails with "we will check order status and get back to you".
I can not file a claim for a refund or get my order.
