Bought a jacket on their website and it was too big. Trying to return with 2 days but they refused to it saying it was a final sale according to the vendor. No where on their website says that this item is considered a final sale. Even on my order confirmation, it explicitly states that returns are accepted within 30 days. Their denying a legit return request is completely unfair and contrary to the trust customers place in the store.

No one is picking up the call or returning emails. The company is a fraud!

FROM ORCHARD MILE! They are a total rip-off and their customer service is terrible. I've never had such a bad experience with an online retailer before. It's been a complete nightmare trying to get a refund for a product that I didn't even like. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

So, I bought something from Orchard Mile and it didn't work out. I tried to return it and get a refund, but they told me that it's not up to them anymore. Apparently, it's up to the vendor to decide whether or not they want to give me my money back. I think that's pretty messed up. I mean, I understand that they're just the middleman, but come on. If I buy something from a store, I expect to be able to return it if it doesn't work out. That's just common sense. I'm pretty disappointed in Orchard Mile and I don't think I'll be shopping there again. It's just not worth the risk.

I waited for three whole weeks and then they finally cancelled my order and gave me my money back. Apparently, they didn't have the item in stock after all. I tried calling their customer service, but they never answered the phone. It was super frustrating and I wouldn't recommend shopping with them.

So, I was checking out Orchard Mile (orchardmile.com) and I gotta say, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Just like another review I read, they let you go through the whole process of buying something, charge your card and then days later they tell you it's out of stock. That's not cool, man. Your funds are tied up for weeks and that's just not right.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. I tried calling them and they never answered the phone. And when they did, they just hung up on me! What kind of customer service is that? And their emails take up to 2 days to get a response. That's just not good enough.

So, my advice to you is DON'T DO IT. Don't waste your time and money on Orchard Mile. There are plenty of other places to shop online that won't leave you feeling frustrated and ripped off.

So, I decided to give Orchard Mile a try and placed an order. But, let me tell you, it was a bit of a bummer. They didn't let me know that my order was coming from overseas, and now it's been stuck in customs for what feels like forever. I haven't even received my order yet!

I reached out to Orchard Mile to see if they could help me out, but they didn't follow up like they said they would. It's frustrating because I was really looking forward to my purchase.

If you're thinking about using Orchard Mile, just be aware that you might end up waiting a while for your order and might have to pay some surprise taxes and duties. It's not the end of the world, but it's definitely something to keep in mind.

This website, Orchard Mile, is not the best. They do reply to your emails, but if you return something, they take forever to give you your money back. They say they need 30 business days, but what about holidays? They might take even longer! It's really bad. They already got my item, but they won't give me my money back for a whole month! It's just not right. Their return policy is terrible. I wish they would just give me my refund already. I don't recommend buying from here. I won't be doing it again.
