called for help with form 5695 not allowing me to enter address. waited 40 min to talk to someone, spent 1 hr on phone, barely spoke english(indian accent) and had no clue what to do while keeping me on phone. said he was going to call me back in 15 min. hasnt called back at all. cant efile because your software is broken...again. after I enter the address info, it immediately erase everything with either a return key or continue.

Desired outcome: call me with someone who knows what there doing and can speak clear english so i can file my tax returns [protected]
